"Okay soooo" Jay was thinking with kai while they both sat on the couch. "Who could be the demon? And what is it? It could be anyone  any gender because in the scroll it just says child. Not girl, not boy just child. I mean master wu can't be." Kai said.
"Of course it isn't master wu, if it was he wouldn't have left" Jay said sipping on a cup of water. "If the demon is in the monastery then why did master wu leave?" Kai asked.
"Well uh he must've not seen the other scroll" Jay said. "The one with the demon approaching the monastery...why would it even need to be at the monastery?" Kai asked. "I don't know..." Jay thought sipping on more water.
"Well maybe looking at the scrolls again might help..." kai got off the lounge and walked into Wu's room.

...

"JAY! the scrolls are gone!" Kai yelled.
"What?" Jay walked into the scroll room leaving his water  on the couch arm. "There not there anymore!" Kai worryingly searched around looking everywhere in Wu's room. He knocked over a velvet box. A small pendant fell out.
"Kai...you might want to look in the fire place..." Jay murmured pointing at the fireplace. "What- oh...." kai's eyes widened. The dark paper of the scroll was seen in the fireplace with the other scroll. "Are we gonna pick it up or?" Jay asked before the fireplace suddenly lit on fire. The fire was red and yellow. "Kai! What the heck!?" Jay yelled blaming kai immediately.

"It wasnt me! The fire started on its own!" Kai protested. "Oh my mistake, the fire with the 2 most important scroll at the moment just lit on fire mysteriously" Jay rolled his eyes. "We remeber most of the scroll stuff" kai tried to lighten up the stormy mood.
"Whatever..." Jay looked at some of the scrolls.

"Trust me Jay, it wasnt me. I wouldn't dare" kai pleaded.
"Fine...but if it wasnt you then who was it?" Jay asked.

"Me...." a deep voice echoed.
Jays eyes brightened at the voice then he gave a slight glare. Kai flinched at the voice before getting into a defensive position.
"Who are you!?" Kai asked looking around the room trying to spot where the voice was coming from.

"The warrior...." the voice echoed before making a small chime noise.
"Warrior? The hell is that supposed to mean?!" Kai asked. A scroll then fell down from the compartments of the bunches of scrolls.
"Huh?" Jay walked towards the scroll picking it up. He opened the scroll before opening it up. "Its a description of someone...I wonder who" Jay said. The name had been scribbled out and the picture of them had been ripped out. "Huh..." kai mumbled looking at the scroll. "The _______ is a odd being. It has a manipulative nature and there's only every been one. It lacks in empathy and mercy and has quite good acting skills." Jay mumbled out. "...I wonder what that is...but I think we should keep the scroll with us instead of leaving it in this room...because of well that" Jay pointed at the fire place giving a face at kai. "I didn't light the fireplace!" Kai glared at jay. "I didn't say you did" Jay was hiding a smirk quite well. "You clearly implied it!" Kai growed as jay and kai left the scroll room with the scroll and leaving the door open. The fire turned a shadowy purple.  Cole walked towards the scroll room hearing the commotion. He noticed the weird purple shadowy fire.
"What the heck?" Cole asked as the fire immediately went out. He walked towards the fireplace. The scrolls were fine and unburnt. In perfect condition. Cole poked the scrolls assuming them to be hot but it wasn't. The scrolls were as cold as ice. He picked them up and read them gasping at the information. "Why the heck would Jay and kai burn scrolls as important as these?!" Cole gasped before putting the two scrolls and putting them into his pocket before sneaking quietly out of the scroll room. Jay walked back to the scroll room by himself seeing the ash in the fireplace. "Good job kai" Jay rolled his eyes before closing the door.

The shadow snickered in the scroll room before picking the pendant up. His eyes glowed and his smirk glowed aswell. "All according to plan...can't wait to help the demon now" it blended into the wall smirking with the glowing pendant. The stone was blue and purple and black mixing slightly. It gave a menacing vibe.
