Timestamp: Mid 2018 🕰️
There Kevin was, standing in front of the locker room door where he'd soon meet his new teammates.
Kevin couldn't help but feel nervous, as the only people or teammates he's had in the past were his Pachuca buddies.
"Vamos Kevin... ¡a darle!" he says to himself as he slowly opens the door and gets stared at by a lot of new faces.
"¿y ese que..?"
"¿quien es ese güey?"
"¡que mamado está!"
those were the main things he heard as he tried not to let the fear of new people get to him.
as he settled in his area four of the guys on the team came up to greet Kevin.
"¡ey guëy que tal..!" some dude came up to Kevin and asked for a handshake which he returned.
the guys look at Kevin's area and find out his name.
"Mucho gusto Kevin. yo soy Jorge." he points to himself.
"yo Edson, enacantado."
"yo el unico Sebas."
"ehhh y yo Diego."
Kevin took a glare at all of them. But the last guy, stood out to him, as he looked at him, they eventually locked eyes.
"mucho gusto." Kevin says shaking all four of their hands.
"güey eres Álvarez! igual yo." Edson says making Kevin smile.
"genial." Kevin says.
"todos terminamos con -ez nuestro apellido." Jorge concludes.
"menos tú Sebas." Says Diego laughing and pointing at Sebas.
"¡ya pues dejame en paz!" Sebas says.
kevin then realizes the people he has here. They're just like him. He found his people. This realization makes him smile.
"Mira asta el Kevin se burla de ti." Diego says confusing the purpose of Kevin's smile.
"!no es eso! es que ustedes me recuerdan de mis compas en el Pachuca." Kevin says.
"estos estan medio locos, ignoralos." Edson says making Jorge laugh.
"Y este se enoja mas rapido que un toro." Jorge says making Edson laugh.
"Vamos güeyes que se nos esta asiendo tarde." Sebas says grabbing Jorge.
"Vamos Kevin." Says Diego patting Kevin's back.
as the 5 of them walk outside to train, there they are asked to pick a partner.
Jorge, Sebas, Edson, and Diego all play for América and share a bond so Kevin's chances of finding a partners are slim.
Sebastian and Jorge choose to be partners.
"¡Machin tu y yo!" Diego shouts.
"a Diego, es que Henry ya me vía preguntado." Edson responds as he goes to partner with another Américanista.
"tú! El otro Álvarez. Kevin!" Diego says walking up to Kevin.
"¿quieres entrenar conmigo?" Diego asks Kevin.
"si esta bien." Kevin says nodding happily that he found a partner.
as diego and kevin have to work together they get better situated.
