"Sir, I really think you should look over these health violations." Moxxie worried.

"I told you three times, Moxxie. A rat infestation is fine as long as they don't know about Millie's severed head wall. This is HELL." Blitz stated, tapping the desk with a pen.

It had been nearly a week since the awkward meeting with Stolas, and he was still recovering from it.

"But sir, they already broke into your secret stash of-" Moxxie was cut off as Millie accidentaly slammed the door open on her husband's face.

"Blitz, we got a problem here." she looked down at an unconscious Moxxie. She winced, helping him up. "Sorry, hon." She looked at Blitz again. "There's a customer at the front desk. Seems urgent."

Blitz groaned, standing up and leaving his chair spinning. "On it." His heels clicked as he approached the customer.

They were a tall imp, but one of her horns were shattered, and scars marked up her face. Her visitor's tag read: Sarin.

"What the fuck do you want? I don't have all the time in the world." Blitz snapped. He didn't bother to ask how an imp knew anyone in the human world.

Sarin narrowed her already slitted eyes. "Let's make this easy." She slammed shut a pocket watch. "Give me the grimoir, and all will go well for you."

Blitz's tail rattled like a snake's. "I don't know if you know who you're dealing with, fuckhead, but you aren't going to speak to me like that." His finger hovered over the button labeled "threat."

Sarin eyed Blitz's finger, before a sly grin crossed her face. "Alright, I can see when I'm not wanted." She suddenly leapt and pinned Blitz to the wall. Her whispers sounded like the wind, her breath like death. "Better guard your valuables, BLITZ." She released him and leapt out of the window, cackling like a madwoman.

Blitz rubbed his wrists where the strange imp had grabbed them. Just for a precaution, he double locked up the grimoire and his spare money that wasn't in his wallet. If there was going to be a robbery, he had to be prepared.

"Sir, are you okay? I heard quite the commotion in here-"

Blitz yelped, jumping into the air. But it was just Moxxie, staring perplexed at the whole scene.

"Yeah. I'm good, Mox." he paused. "Maybe we should close up shop a little earlier, though. Just for tonight."

Moxxie tilted his head, but did not question. He nodded and ran to get Millie.

Blitz drove tirelessly, Loona tapping at her phone in the back seat. She looked up. "I really think 22 is old enough to sit shotgun, Blitz." she said, irritated. "Well, I can never be too careful with my precious Loonie- Loo." he cooed, attempting and failing to pet his daughter.

He came out with a scratched arm.

The van pulled up to the small, crummy apartment in which him and Loona stayed.

One bedroom, which he let Loona have, and a non - pullout couch for him. A tiny kitchen, one bathroom, and that was it.
Assassins didn't make as much money as he'd thought, apparently.

"Goodnight, Loonie!" he yelled loudly.

"Urgh, shut UP, BLITZ!" she slammed her caution tape coated door closed.

Blitz sighed. When would his daughter love him?
The memory after Beelzebub's party was slowly slipping his mind.

He cuddled with the blankets. He'd fixed his relationship with Fizz, but everyone else hated him.

Why do I always mess everything up?

The next chapter is "A Strange Visitor, " and will be from Stolas's perspective again. Hmm... I think I see something in common with these two chapters...
