I blinked once.

Then again.

But sure enough the sight before me remained the same.

I was now on some sort of ruined road that has been overtaken by nature, infront of what looked to be a truckstop with a red rocket ontop of it. Fog showed the rays of light shinning down as it gently swep across the area.

"Grover where are we?" I asked looking at my friend.

Just now I noticed how nervous he looked. His eyes were wide and rectangular, like a goats, as he quickly moved them around the area. Even his voice was shaky, "I don't know, but theirs something wrong here..."

I looked around, sure it wasn't good that we were in a random place, but nothing nessacarily seemed off. Though once I focused I could sense something was off with fog, like something extra was mixed with the water vapor.

"Come on, get up Seaweed brain, we need to move." Annabeth urged as she pulled me to my feet.

"Why?" I asked steadying myself, as she pulled me up my foot hit a crack in the road almost making me trip.

The look Annabeth gave me seemed to be asking if she really needed to give me any reason, which thinking about it, she doesn't. Not only are we lost, but we still need to get to Hades to get the Master bolt back. First we need to figure out where we are.

"I would really like to get out of here." Grover said his voice still shaky.

Taking a closer look I saw droplets of water going down his face, I didn't know if it was percipitation from the fog or swear from his nerves. His hooves clopped against the ground as he shifted his weight on them nervously.

"What wrong?" Annabeth asked him.

"As I said their is something wrong here." He repeated. The trees, the fog, everything is natural, but at the same time not..."

Annabeth stared at him then at the trees around us. Taking a look at them, they didn't seem wrong. Sure some- well a decent amount- seemed dead, but other than that nothing appeared out of the ordinary.

"How about we check the truck stop out?" I suggested, maybe getting away from the area would do Grover good, could also potentially findout where we are.

"Yeah, lets go." Grover nodded as he quickly headed in it's direction with Annabeth and I quickly following after him.

On the way we passed by trucks and cars that all looked unlike any I had seen before.

"Have you seen vehicles like this before?"  I asked looking at Annabeth.

"No, never." She answered. "They look like they've been here for almost two hundred years though."

"Who'd leave their vehicle out for almost two hundred years?" I asked confused.

"Maybe we can find someone and ask?" Grover suggested, his tone still nervous.

"I don't know." I said as we approached the truck stop. "Their doesn't seem to be anyone here."

Slowly we came to a stop and all looked at the seemingly abandoned truck stop. The windows seem all open, the glass in them busted. Rust seemed to be on any piece of metal that was visible.

"This place has seen better days." I observed.

"Have you even seen a truck stop with a Red Rocket on top of it?" Annabeth asked me.
