Well not really because in truth he is actually Just a under world doctor.

This whole chapter is just for fun, it will basically contain a little teaser for each character's story. So it's completely fine if you don't want to read this but if you do then I hope you enjoy.
Barbara Gordon (Batgirl)
3rd POV
Batgirl Aka Barbara Gordon was currently on her way to a hideout that was said to have some of Joker's goons along with another group there as well, there really wasn't any type of information about this group other than a name which was Cobra.
Barbara soon landed on the rooftop of the hideout, she soon made her way into the building and started to sneak around to see if she can find anything or at least anyone that can give her some information about everything that's going on.
She looked around everywhere until she opened up one door just to see a handful of goons dead. She entered the room and started to examine the bodies, based on the wounds it would seem like some of them were shot while others were killed to some kind of blade most likely a katana since it's the most commonly used weapon.
She soon exited the room and began to look around again until she heard someone talking, she made her way to the voice, only for her to come to a open spaced room which she instantly saw how many people laid dead around two figures that was standing.
The first figure was a man dressed in a all white outfit and based on the way it was designed it seemed to be based around Ninja/shinobi attire.
The other figure was a man dressed in all black and his outfit was somewhat similar to the white figure's outfit as well.

It seems like the two figures didn't notice Barbara's presence since the white figure kept talking to the black figure.....more like him just insulting him while the other guy just stood quiet.
But to her surprise the white figure soon took out his sword and instantly rushed towards the other guy and from there they both fought but none of them seemed to be overpowering the other they were basically evenly matched.
But they both soon stopped fighting when they heard some loud noises coming towards them, it most likely was from some choppers. The white figure soon backed away from the other guy and than quickly took out some small object and took him that they'll fight again, from there he threw the object on the ground and he disappeared in a small cloud of smoke.
Barbara soon let herself be known to the black figure and then just stared at him, the both of them didn't really say anything so she decided to change that.
Batgirl: Who are you and who was that ?
The man in front of her didn't say anything he was completely silent, the man soon started to walk away which didn't really sit right with her so she quickly threw a batarang at the man, but to her surprise the man quickly brought out a gun which was a Uzi and then shot the batarang completely braking it.
