"CALLIE"I hear my mother calling my name as I sit in the back yard doing my homework.... well sort of.. if writing down your favourite song lyrics over and over counts. Sighing I get up slowly and go inside.
"Yes mum?" I ask curiously as I step through the door. "you called me?"."Yes, i did. would you mind babysitting tonight? I have to work and your stepdad is going out."She replies.
Nooo. not again. She cannot do this to me again. those two little devils make my life a living hell but I know she doesn't have any other options so I reluctantly accept.
"Hey! Put halo down!" I yell as my brother picks up my precious kitten. with an evil grin on his face he stuffs her in his sweater and takes off .down the hallway. "ugh fuck this" I think as I plop down on the couch with my other brother.
Several hours later my mother returns from work and thing one and thing two act like nothing ever happened. of course. I run up to my room and blast my music. "I do not want to go to school tomorrow" I think as I curl up in my blankets and go on Tumblr
Waking up the next morning I sigh. time to get ready for school. I end up Walking around like I'm half dead for 20 minutes before I'm actually able to do anything. Throwing on my favourite pair of ripped leggings and my purple sweater I run downstairs and grab an orange before fixing my hair and makeup.
On the way to school I get a text message
Maya: where are youuuu??get to school you're gonna be late!
Me: sorry be there soon.
Maya: better be or I'll kick your ass! Jk love you! Seeya soon!
Maya is my best friend ever since the third grade we have been through thick and thin together.
Running into the school I run into Maya. "FINALLY!" She laughs and walks down the hallway with me to our first class. gym.
