" So, Collin is messing with a freshman?" Elijah mumbled. "What did he do to you, Annie? And don't lie to me."
Annie looked up into Elijah's eyes. "Nothing happened between us. We just.. talked."
Elijah sighed. "I don't believe you. I literally heard you two talking about sex."
Annie looked down and covered her eyes. "Just stop! So much is happening right now and I don't know how to process it!" She said with tears forming.
She didn't know if she was sad or not. Her and collin never had sex, and they weren't even dating, but it felt like they'd been together for a while. It hurt knowing he had a girlfriend the entire time, but Annie didn't want to be the reason Collin cheated on her for.
"All we did was kiss.." Annie whispered.
Elijah sighed. "Don't fall into Collin's trap. He does this with everyone he can. He tries to seem all sweet and caring but all he wants is to get into a girls pants. He's had like fifteen girlfriends in the last two years!"
Annie nodded. "Okay. I get it."
"Besides, he's a senior, your are a freshman.l Elijah mumbled. "Go find Addy. I'm gonna go give Collin a piece of my mind."
Annie gasped. "Wait no—don't yell at him please." Annie begged grabbing Elijah's arm.
Elijah shoved her away. "Get the fuck off me."
Annie backed away and Elijah went into the room with Collin. Annie decided this was the time to get away. She rushed down the stairs into the giant living room with dozens of people dancing, drinking, and some even vaping. Suddenly, the room was spinning and Annie was light headed. Her eyes went black for a moment but went normal. She decided to go outside for some fresh air.

When she went outside, there was nobody out there. Just peaceful. The moonlight shined above the gorgeous backyard. Her head still felt dizzy. It kept spinning. Spinning. Spinning. Spinning. Until finally she fell onto the grass and everything went black.

Annie woke up in a room with white bedding, darks gray walls, only one window which was covered by curtains.
"Where am I..?" She whispered to herself.
She looked down to see she was wearing a giant blue T-shirt and a pair of women's PJ pants. Her bra wasn't on, and her hair was in a braid.
Suddenly, a boy walked in the room with no shirt on.
Annie screamed in terror, until the boy turned around to reveal it was Levi.
"Levi! What the hell am I doing here?" Annie cried.
Levi sighed. "Chill out bro it's too early for all the yelling. You fainted last night, and nobody knew your parents so I offered to take you home."
"Oh crap! Mom is gonna murder me.." Annie said rubbing her face. "Wait a minute.. who changed my clothes??"
Levi grinned. "Don't worry, my sister did. She even braided your hair and let you wear her shorts."
Annie released a breath of relief. "Wait.. did you sleep with me..?"
Levi shook his head. "Nah. I slept in the living room. Anyway, if you need me to drop you off I can. But first, my mom made breakfast."
Annie blushed. "Alright thanks I guess."
Levi smiled. "Anytime, freshie."
Annie grabbed a pillow and threw it at his head. "Quit calling me that!!" She exclaimed.
Levi laughed and put a shirt on. "Alrighttt fine.."

When Annie got in the car with Levi, she felt a sort of relief.
"Do you possibly know if everything between Collin and Elijah is good?" Annie asked.
Levi raised an eyebrow. "Um, they've been best friends for years. Why wouldn't they be?" He asked.
Annie shrugged. "It's nothing I guess."
Levi smiled. "You know, if you ever don't wanna sit with that weird ass table at lunch, you can sit across from me. Nobody sits there."
"Yea you say that and then when I go to sit there some dude is gonna literally throw me out the chair." Annie joked.
Levi laughed. "Okayyy I'm sorry that happened. I was in a bad mood that day.
"Soo, can you tell me all you know about Collin?" Annie asked.
Levi smirked. "Why? You like him?"
Annie shook her head. "No. Just trying to figure some stuff out."
Levi shook his head. "Collin.. where do I even begin. All I have to say is he's a hoe. He stole my girlfriend last year."
Annie nodded. "Seems about right."
Levi raised his eyebrows. "What? Did he cheat on you or something? Did you know him before you came to Sunview?"
"No. I just know how he is." Annie said.
Levi nodded. "I see. Well, is this your house?"
Annie looked up to see her tiny little home with the red bird feeder in the front. "Yep this is me. Thanks Levi."
Levi nodded and said goodbye, and Annie walked in the house.
When she walked in the house, her mom was standing in the kitchen, angry.
"So, young lady. I give you a chance to be social and you stay the night a boys house!? What is wrong with you??" She yelled.
        "Mom look— I faint and—"
"Shut your mouth! You have no idea how worried I was. Go to your room. You are grounded."
        "But mom—"
"Shut up!" She yelled pointing to the bedroom.
Annie went to her room and sat on the bed. All she did was think about life.
What did this mean for her and Collin? What would she say to him on Monday? What did Elijah do to him?  Should she sit with Levi..?

Monday came faster than she would've liked. Guess what? It was lunchtime she passed up the outcast table, making eye contact with Collin. Addy looked up at her.
          "Annie! Come here!" She said.
Annie looked at Levi's table to see him staring at her. She looked back at Addy and walked away.
Addy scoffed. "What the fuck? I thought she liked us."
Collin looked down and didn't say anything.
"Ayy Annie! You came back?" Reece exclaimed. "Maybe this time Levi won't shove you to the ground again." She laughed.
Annie smiled. "Yep."
Annie could feel the glares she was getting from everyone at the other table. She tried her best not to look back, but she did. As she turned her head, Collin's eyes were full of sorrow and he looked sad. Annie quickly turned away and frowned.
"Did something happen with you and them?" Levi asked.
Annie shrugged. "Personal business. But to answer your question, yes. And I don't plan on speaking to any of them again."
Reece sighed. "Let me guess, it was prolly that Addy girl. She's a total bitch. She cut my homecoming dress last year so that some boy would go with her and not me."
Annie gasped. "Addy did that? I thought she was quite nice."
Reece shook her head. "Hell no. If it's not Addy, then Elijah? He's insane."
Annie shook her head again. "Collin."
Reece bit her lip. "Collin is the least expected person. He seems so quiet and sweet."
"That's what I thought too. Guess not." Annie mumbled.

When Annie got to English II, she sat in the blue desk beside Reece and Elijah. The teacher walked in the classroom. She had short brown hair with a fringe, big geeky glasses resting on the edge of her nose, and a disgraceful resting face.
"Welcome back, I hope everyone's weekend was fun." Mrs. Jenkins said in a geeky voice. "Today, I plan on putting three people in a group to do a project. Everyone must do a presentation of a famous person from history. Hopefully you and your groups will agree on someone. I will tell you the groups."
Annie barely knew anyone except Reece, Elijah, Levi, and one of the mean girls.
"The groups will be; Reece, Marvin, Janet... Marissa, Evan, Hadlie, Levi, Annie, Elijah, and Natalie, Oliver, and Kandice. Get to work!" Miss Jenkins announced.

Annie moved her desk over to Elijah and Levi's.
"Sooo, guys. Who are we doing?" Annie asked.
Levi shrugged. "I don't know man. I can't believe I have to work with this idiot." Levi said glaring at Elijah.
"Can you stop being immature for once?" Elijah said looking down. "Anyway. We can work on the project at my house tonight, if y'all are up for that."
Annie gritted her teeth. "I'll have to see. My mom is pissed off at me because I didn't go home until the next day at your party."
Elijah raised an eyebrow. "What? Why not?"
"According to Levi, I fainted, so he took me to his house and let me stay the night there." Annie said.
Elijah glared at Levi. "Is that so?" He mumbled. Elijah seemed to hate Levi. He kept giving him dirty looks, and kept ignoring him.
Levi sighed. "Anyway, Annie, try to get your mom to let you go. Remind her it's for a school project."
Annie nodded. The bell rang and it was time for the three to return home.
