Chapter 5

❥❥❥CALUM'S POV❥❥❥
As soon as Margo had unpacked she dragged Rachel out of the room leaving me and Ashton behind. "Whats up with her?" Asked Ashton as he sat bouncing on our double bed a little, after my spooning comment Margo hit me with a pillow and demanded that her and Rachel would be sharing not me and her.
"No idea" I shrugged starting to unpack "maybe she's on her you know"
"ew Calum gross" laughed Ashton still bouncing
"what? It's true girls get all moody with that crap" I chuckled
"do you think Margo is mad at me?"
"why would she be mad at you Ash?"
"I don't know maybe she feels like I'm stealing her best friend"
"dude you've flirted with her like three times, you haven't stolen her yet" I laughed joining him on the bed
"what about you and Margo aye?" Ashton asked wriggling his eyebrows at me
"what about her?" I could feel my cheeks redden at his comment, stupid soul thingy.
"I saw you two on the bus over here, getting all snugly and listening to music together"
"oh relax" I tried to fake laugh "she made me listen to one song because I had never heard of the band"
"then why did she have your jumper on?"
"she was cold" I shrugged trying to make it seem like no big deal so he wouldn't figure out the current situation
"I don't know Calum, you and Margo would make a serious cute couple" with that comment I left the bed and carried on packing to let Ashton know I was done however he didn't take the hint "I mean it, you two would suit so bad and I think she has a thing for you" the last bit I scoffed at
"Ash drop it, I know you're in love paradise right now but me and Margo aren't going to happen, she's a nobody" I shrugged watching Ashton turn red
"she's not a nobody Cal, she's one of the greatest girls in this school! And anyone would be lucky to have her" he snapped throwing his stuff into his draws
"chill would ya, I'm not saying I won't be friends with her just not going to fall in love with her"
"I know it's just she's not a nobody I mean you can't judge girls based on what high school has labeled them as, what are you going to do if soulmate is a 'nobody' as you put it"
I bit my lip not knowing what to reply with, my soulmate is a nobody and probably will be labeled that throughout life not just high school right? I did the right thing by rejecting her.

❥❥❥MARGO'S POV❥❥❥
"He's just so... you know"
"Uh ha"
"And I think he might like me too you know"
"Yeah"
"Oh my god have you seen his eyes Lord help me!" Rachel shouted as we made our way to the hall where we were told to go after packing, the whole walk had been Rachel talking about how great Ashton is and how this is going to be the best week of her life.
"Margo?? Hello!" Called Rachel waving a hand in my face
"what?"
"I was just saying how Ashton-"
"Oh my god shut up about him already! I know it's great that the guy you like may like you back and that Ashton is a good guy but shut up about it okay some of us got rejected by our soulmate a week ago and now have to share a fucking room with the asshole" I snapped leaving Rachel to just blink at me "shit Margo I'm sorry I'm such a twat I didn't think"
"it's fine just maybe go easy on the whole lovey dovey stuff around me" I shrugged starting to walk again.

"Margo! Rachel! Over here" shouted Sam waving his arms all over the place making us laugh
"hello Samuel"
"Sam" he corrected me making me laugh I knew he hated being called that "guys this is Luke and Chloe" Sam smiled introducing the group he was sharing a cabin with, I smiled at Luke already kind of knowing him through Ashton and then offered my hand to the girl "Margo" I smiled shaking her hand, I'd never really seen her before now which I don't understand because she wasn't the type of girl you would think that would go unnoticed, not in my school anyway. She had long blonde hair with big green eyes, she was tall and seemed very friendly, "where's Amy?" Asked Rachel
"still packing" Sam shrugged
"I've never seen someone with so much stuff for a school trip" chuckled Luke making us smile, Amy had to have at least three outfit changes a day when she was out so a school trip meant double that and a weeks worth of six outfits a day was a lot to unpack.
"Where's Ash and Cal?" Asked Luke looking around for them
"the same as Amy" Rachel smiled
"I see you don't bother to ask where I am" scoffed Michael with a hand to his chest as he approached us
"I was just about to honey I promise" laughed Luke trying to get Michael into a hug, I chuckled at the pet name Luke had used.
We waited a few minutes longer for Amy and the other two boys but then decided to go into the large hall "it's like something out of Camp Rock" chuckled Michael as he searched the area for a table to sit at
"Camp Rock is the best" laughed Chloe "na uh! High school musical bitch" Sam turned round in shock at her statement earning a high five from Luke "I love high school musical!" Cried Luke "really?" I laughed
"Hell yeah!" Luke laughed back as we made our way to the biggest table on the left side of the room
"You're wrong Camp Rock is better I mean Jonas brothers people" cried Chloe waving her hands in the air "I do have to agree with that" sighed Sam making the boys laugh
"what's going on here?" Asked Ashton sitting beside Rachel
"we're discussing wether Camp Rock is better than High School Musical" Sam explained
"has to be High School Musical" smiled Calum "I mean hello Troy"
I laughed at the last comment causing Calum to give me a big grin I smiled back but soon stopped once I saw a small glow through his shirt, Calum must of realised too as he pulled his jacket around him more.
