Its been two years and I still haven't got out of Shadow Falls. There's a big reason why though. I would never leave. They keep supernaturals in Shadow Falls. Like real supernaturals and they said I'm one of them. They said I'm a freaking vampire. I literally fainted when they told me, but I understood a week after when I sank my fangs into someone's throat. I got the hang of being a vampire, but I rather stay, it's a pretty good place. Vampires, werewolves, witches, and faeries are all at Shadow Falls. I hate the werewolves so much. My instincts are to kill them, but I hold it in. And they stink really bad. Fae are always asking us vamps to do good. Screw them. The witches get along with vamps better.
Shadow Falls are going to join the boys with the girls now. They were afraid of what would happen, but it was inevitable. There's always competition between everyone. And you have no privacy. At all. I never thought that it was possible for me to die of boredom, but I did. Twice actually. My heart stopped. But the more I lose humanity, the more vampy I am. And when I get bored, I do vamp things.
"Bri, I'm bored," I threw my head back and opened my mouth. My fangs lengthened.
"Do something then," Bri was a witch, and she was my roommate. She was pretty damn cool.
"I'm going to bite the newbies," I grinned.
"They have to be willing," She said. Forever the nagging mother.
I narrowed my eyes. "They will be," I growled.
"Just wait. Any second, the boys from Shady Creek will roll in and you can get blood from them." The witch filed her long nails. She looked at me and smirked. Shady Creek and Shadow Falls were joining forces. They were an all boys camp, but now they were coming to us. We already had enough guys thank you very much. We were now going to be called Shadow Creek. Which was stupid, but whatever.
I rolled my eyes and looked at myself in the mirror. I have a pretty cool sense of style that tell people not to mess with me or I'll shank them with my daggers that are always in my boots. I wear my Dad's leather beat up leather jacket. It's been through hell and back, but I cherish my old jacket now that I found it. I always wear dark clothes. I always keep my black and gold hair in my black hoodie. My hair is long and I never knew why I had gold highlights. Sometimes it would change colors to electric blue, fiery red, and white. My eyes are exactly like cat eyes. With the weird pupils. They are a pure yellow gold and they have black irises with flecks of electric blue, red and silver. My eyes change form when they are in lights just like a cats. It was a vampire thing I guess.
I'm short to the people around me and I always get teased for it. I passed five feet and made it to five foot seven. I have a hour glass shaped body, even though I practice self defense. I'm proud of my body and nobody could say different. Well, my skin tone I'm not proud of. I'm as pale as a freaking ghost. It's because of my genes and the vampy thing. And because I'm Italian and Russian. Which are in me from my father. My mother is--was--Italian, but I didn't get anything from her except my height and full figure.
"You're right. I'm going to look at the fresh blood." I played with the bar on my brow. I padded down the stairs with black distressed jean short shorts, a grey crop tank top, and my favourite beat up converse. Walking outside, I saw SUVs full of guys from fifteen to twenty year olds. I smiled.
"Zo, what are you thinking in that head of yours?" Rose, the camp leader asked me. She was in her late twenties and she seemed liked an older sister to me. I liked her a lot even though she was Fae.
"Nothing." Grinning, I bared my fangs.
"If you sleep with any of these new guys, make sure you're using protection, vamps can still pregnant."
