On the other side, while the police crew was alright gone, Robert was still with Hannah at her house as Robert was packing up, ready to leave. As he puts on his back coat, Hannah, who was sitting on the couch with an ice pack on her forehead, says, "Robert...," gets up and tries to kiss him.
But Robert stops her, looks down, and says to her, "Hannah, it is true...," and Hannah couldn't hold her tears up as he added, "That you are lying about this whole situation?"
Hannah shakes her head, trying to deny it. "I don't understand... What do you mean, Rob? looks nervous.
Robert replied as she stepped back, "I see the letter from Alexander in the trash when Adam took it, and it has a nickname on it that Alex used to call you, isn't it, Nan?"
Hannah looks very nervous, but tries to find an excuse by lying to him, "Well, everyone calls me that," as she crosses her arms and turns around.
Robert is very serious and laughs a bit. "Seriously? That is really typical of a sister trying to defend her brother, Miss Whitt, or should I say Miss Hannah Whitt Walf, also known as Nan."
Hannah, very frustrated, says, "Robert, I'm not his sister! I have nothing to do with the Walf family or a relative, and I'm not defending Alex, just by saying that he was 'dead' in the first fire accident that happened on October 27th, 1977.
Robert approaches her slowly: "I don't understand; you aren't his 'secret sister'? So, I saw that the file has a registration of Alexander or Alen shows that he isn't from the Walf family, they had 2 children, 1 girl and 1 boy, instead of 3. So, that means that Alex was adopted...?"
Hannah was annoyed as she interrupted, "Not sure, Robert, he should not tell anyone about what happened in his personal life. I knew that sooner or later the truth would come out... I'm so sorry, Rob," she says. "He knew that you had feelings for Lena even though she saw you as a friend, however... Alex told me that he needed to keep it a secret in order to keep Julie safe."
Robert shakes his head, questioning, "So, you are saying, after all these years of chasing over and over again after the person who is responsible for causing the accident, was Alex, whole this time he was just protecting Julie by keeping this a secret?"
Hannah replied, "Remember it now, that woman who showed up with Julie in her arms that rainy night when she was 1 year old, claiming that it was Alex's child..."
Robert was surprised. "It was you, wasn't it? Why did you choose me then instead of someone else?" and Robert sits down on the couch, and Hannah does the same.
Hannah placed her hand on Robert's back to calm him down and said to him, "No, that wasn't me. It was Kate."
Robert sighs, "Edward Ross, wife?! They didn't get divorced, or was this all planned by Alex?"
Hannah looks down. "I know that Alex trusted you, Robert, and also Edward... But since what happened with the accident of 1977, he ruined Alex."
Robert looks surprised and interrupts her. "Hold on a second, what do you mean Edward ruined Alex? They used to be friends..."
Hannah looks down and sadly says, "I wish that was true..."
Until Robert's phone rings, and as he answers, "Hello? You are this...?"
And it was Sam on the phone, who responded with a very concerned and panicky voice, "Mr. Rogers, it's Sam calling...and...Julie went missing!" and both were in shock.
Immediately, Robert gets up and says, "I have to go now, and if Ju..."
And Hannah stops him by getting up and calling him out, "Robert, wait." He turns around and looks at her. Hannah approaches Robert and kisses him, "Be careful," and Robert just nods with a "yes" and then leaves.
However, Hannah heard a knock on the door as she thought that Robert forgot something, so she opened it, and a hooded man wearing a hockey mask, Mike, said, "Hello, Miss Whitt, lovely to see you again...," and Hannah was paralyzed at the moment.
