Power-Chancella can manipulate people to continue to gamble and refuse to stop until they lose all their money. She controls all the casinos in hell and can make people spend years in it and suffer through exhaustion, or never let them escape. She can also turn into a brown cat named Ellie. Plus, she can turn into a strong werecat.
Backstory-Ella, along with her brother Husker, who was 3 years older than her, grew up in a large casino in Las Vegas. Elena and her brother were inseparable, and loved eachother dearly. They watched magic shows that took place in the casino when they were younger, and strived to become magicians together. Unfortunately, things took a turn when Husker turned 19. He left the casino and never came back for Elena. Elena spent most of her time gambling and preforming in the casino. Once she turned 18, she went out on her own. Elena hosted illegal bets such as races and fights. Chancella also occasionally sang at shows. A few girls once got jealous of her and occused her of being a siren for her voice. Chancella was imprisoned. The girls broke into her cell and set it to flames, burning her alive. She never saw her brother when she was human, but quickly found him when he passed in 1970.
Personality (Human)- Elena was rather energetic and usually won bets she had set. She's intelligent, and yet still misses her brother dearly. She can get competitive, though, and will sometimes kill anyone she loses to. Most of the times, she was a sweet person. She cared about many people and children.
Demon-Like Valentino, Chancella owns a few sinners as well, who work as her employees and preformers. Valentino and Chancella used to trade amongst eachother, with Val's workers preforming for her and Chancey's employees working as servants and occasionally preformers. Chancella is still energetic, and loves to make friends. Chancella lures people in with her kindness and support, hardly actually loving anyone expect her friends. She loves humiliating people in her casino, having speakers all around her casino, in which she uses a microphone to announce someone losing all their money as a way to humiliate. She also tends to preform at her casinos, luring more sinners in. Like Alastor, she broadcasts the screams and pleads of her employees who disobeyed her as she tore them apart in all of her casinos, sometimes recording the scene on TV for viewers to see.
Looks (Human)-Ella has dark brown hair, medium length and usually down. She has bright blue eyes with large pupils. Elena wears a long black dress with a necklace with a heart chain on it. She wears small black boots.
(Demon)-Chancella tales the form of a cat demon, much like Husker. Chancella has her usual dark brown hair, except for a darker tint on it. Her eyes are red, with pupils in the shape of black diamonds. Chancella has a brown tail. Chancella wears a black corset with a black choker and a red heart on it. She has on a black fur coat covered in red card symbols (Hearts, Spades, Clubs, Diamonds). Chancella has a small skirt / short on with black leggings. She has long black high heels.
Other: Vox met Chancella a little after Vox made it to hell when she broke into his office and was messing with his computer when she was a cat. Vox named Chancella's cat form Ellie. Chancella loved the name so much she actually got a collar with the name on it. Valentino and Chancella were originally business partners, until they both fell in love. Chancella is aware that Vox is close to Val, but doesn't care and is friends with him to anger Val.
