'Ouch... It hurts...' Olivia thought to herself.
'In the future, don't overestimate yourself and try to be a good person.' She was just a fourth-year student who had been doing her internship.
One day, having just come out of a friend's company building, walking along the street, she saw a kettle falling from an elevated balcony, with a girl, three or four years old, that was going to be hit by it. At the time, Olivia herself wasn't thinking about anything else before she rushed up and pushed the little girl away. In the end, she didn't manage to avoid the falling kettle herself, and it ended up hitting her head.
'I'm so lucky to be able to keep my life even after all of that...'
Olivia finally regained consciousness and opened her eyes. she looked around blankly at the unfamiliar landscape that came into sight.
She was lying in a canopy bed with a white awning. The size of the bed could fit seven adults in total.
"Where am I...?"
She stared at the curtains that were delicately embroidered with gold threads of bears and roses. Then, after a while, she jumped up as she recalled the kettle accident that had happened.
She should have felt some kind of pain in her head or even a bleeding wound. However, as she closely observed it right now, it seemed fine. Besides that, she didn't even feel any sort of pain.
However, as soon as she caught a distinct view of her body, she was flustered by her suddenly flat stomach.
"W-What is this.....?"
Feeling confused, she looked alternately at her stomach and away from it. Then, she got out of bed and went to look at herself in the mirror.
"Wow."
She was suddenly breathless.
The reason for that was because rather than the face she'd usually see every day, the face reflected in the mirror was that of a beautiful teenage girl with a naturally sharp expression.
She was an impressive teenage girl with shiny black hair and green eyes.
'Stunning.......'
After a while, Olivia slapped herself twice so that she'd be able to wake up.
Slap! Slap!
The pale cheeks of the beautiful teenage girl reflected in the mirror became so swollen. However, Olivia couldn't help it as she had to wake up from her silly dream.
"Oh....It hurts."
'But how come I was still not awake? I was in a dream that was too vivid for it not to be reality.'
Then, suddenly, a sharp sound pierced her eardrum.
As she inadvertently turned her eyes to the direction of where the sound came from, a bowl of porridge was rolled on the floor and a woman, who was dressed in a western-style maid outfit, sat down with a terrified face.
As soon as their eyes met, the woman lowered and bowed her head, "I'm so sorry! I am guilty of committing a sin that can not be forgiven with merely my life! Please have mercy on me, Princess Hou-ting."
'Hou-ting..? That name sounds quite familiar.' Olivia thought to herself .
Then, the answer penetrated her mind.
Soon, she remembered where she came across the name, Hou-ting. It was the name of the villainess in the tv show "The legend of korra".
'Well, She wasn't officially a villain, but she acted like one.'
