Happy New Years...! (Calepriya)

Caleb and Priya were sitting on a rooftop, surrounded by the twinkling lights of the city below. It was New Year's Eve and they were spending it with their old friends from Total Drama, Millie and Damien. They hadn't seen each other in five years, ever since the show ended, and it felt like no time had passed at all.

As they sipped on their champagne, reminiscing about the good old days, Millie and Damien suddenly announced that they had to leave.

'Oh, come on guys, you can't leave now! It's almost midnight!' Caleb protested.

'Yeah, we have to stay and watch the ball drop together,' Priya added, giving them pleading looks.

'I know, I know, but we have another party to attend. Can't miss the countdown there,' Millie explained, pulling Damien towards the door. lying to get caleb and priya alone together.

Caleb and Priya exchanged disappointed glances. They had been looking forward to spending the New Year's Eve with their old friends, but they understood their busy schedules.

'Well, I guess it's just you and me now,' Caleb said, turning to Priya with a smile.

'Yeah, just like old times,' Priya replied, returning the smile.

They fell into a comfortable silence, watching the city come alive with the sounds of fireworks and the hustle and bustle of the crowds below.

'So, how have you been, Caleb?' Priya finally broke the silence, turning to him with a curious look.

Caleb took a deep breath, not sure where to start. 'It's been...a rollercoaster, to say the least. After the show ended, I wasn't really sure what to do with my life. I tried a few different things, but nothing really stuck. Finally, I decided to go back to modeling school... Modeled for A few fancy brands and.. now im a multi millionaire.''

Priya's eyes widened in surprise. 'Wow, that's amazing! I never would have thought you'd stay a model-'

Caleb chuckled. 'Yeah, me neither. But I love it. And what about you, Priya? What have you been up to?'

Priya's expression turned serious as she took a sip of her champagne. 'Well, after the show, I went to medical school.. said 'fuck you mom! and dad!' and packed up and left... and now im a doctor..'

Caleb couldn't help but feel a sense of pride for Priya. She had always been the strong, determined one on the show, and it seemed like that hadn't changed at all.

They continued to talk about their lives, catching up on everything they had missed in the past five years. As the minutes ticked by, they both felt a sense of nostalgia for the show and the memories they had shared.

Suddenly, the countdown to midnight began and the crowd below erupted into cheers and shouts. Caleb and Priya stood up, joining in the excitement.

'10...9...8...' they counted down together, their eyes locked on each other's.

'7...6...5...' Caleb's heart was racing, wondering if he should make a move.

'4...3...2...' Priya's heart skipped a beat, wondering if Caleb would finally make a move.

'1...Happy New Year!' they shouted together, as the ball dropped and fireworks lit up the sky.

Without a second thought, Caleb leaned in and kissed Priya. It was a gentle, yet passionate kiss, filled with all the feelings they had been holding onto for the past five years. Priya was taken aback at first, but then she reciprocated, wrapping her arms around Caleb's neck.

When they finally pulled away, they were both breathless and smiling.

'I've been wanting to do that for a long time,' Caleb admitted, looking into Priya's eyes.

'Me too,' Priya replied, her cheeks flushed with a blush.

They stood there, holding each other, watching the fireworks and the city celebrating the new year. It was a perfect moment, one she would never forget...
