CHAPTER 1: Pilot

You’re a disassembly drone

You flew down and munched on some dead worker drones. Uzi saw this and hid behind a car. You finished your meal and perked up when you heard a crunching sound. You knew where she was but you could care less. You flew away to go find V and J. You soon found them and flew down.
“Hey, V, J? There’s a worker drone back at the base hiding behind a car” You said calmly.
“Did you kill them?” J asked evilly excited at the thought of killing another worker.
“I thought I’d leave you the worker” You said with a grin.
“Thanks (first initial)!” J said with an evil grin.
She flew away with V. You flew after them. The three of you made it back about half an hour later.
“Idiot, get out here” J said as she ordered N, annoyed as she saw Uzi running.
“Yo, there’s a worker out here that I kind of want to practice making animal shapes with~” V said with an evil grin.
N soon came out of the pod. You groaned and flew after Uzi. N followed after you. You noticed him fly down and give her that grin, his screen displaying an x. He ran after her. Uzi was desperately trying to close the door as she repeated “Close it”. N slammed his claw between the door and opened it a little so you two could peer in. Everyone, especially Uzi, looked terrified.
“Ooh deal me in, I love Rummy!” N said excitedly. You smacked him in the back of the head. “Wait no...” He quietly said with a small pause, “I’m going to kill everyone...”
“Brain check!” He said flinging his tail to stab into the keycard.
The door slammed open. You two stood there as worker drones started running away. You both looked at each other. You nodded to N.
“Uhm actually it’s Gin Rummy so” One worker drone teased.
N killed him off quickly. He changed one of his hands into a gun and started shooting at the workers. You ran after them. The two of you killed a bunch of workers off together. N flew into the vents and you followed him. Uzi stopped once her gun recharged and she slid to a stop. N flew down as her dad walked in. You silently watched from above. She pointed her railgun at N.
“This time I won’t miss.” She said stern and confident.
N looked at her. “I’m sorry, I really enjoyed our time together but I can’t have you shooting V with that thing.” He said a little angrier than usual.
This was a new side you seen of N. Usually he’s bubbly and cheery so seeing him angry was something you just weren’t used to. I mean sure, you’ve seen him angry, but it’s a rare occurrence.
“Bite me.” Uzi said angrily as she pointed the railgun at N. She turned her attention to her dad. “Dad, get down.”
“Uzi, you led a murder drone here?! My beautiful doors!!” Mr. Doorman exclaimed.
You scoffed and rolled your eyes. You flew down and landed next to N.
“You brought two?!” Mr. Doorman asked even more worried than before.
“Now is so not the time!! I messed up in the same way I’m about to fix it! Move dad-” Uzi got cut off by N shoving a sharp part of his wing into her shoulder. Uzi dropped her gun. You crossed your arms and looked at Khan (Mr. Doorman) with disappointment. This dude seriously had a door kink. You looked back at N and Uzi. Uzi looked at her dad. She grabbed the piece of N’s wing trying to get it out.
“Dad… Point and shoot! Trust me!!” She exclaimed.
N’s evil grin scared Khan. He was shaking as he backed up. He grabbed the door remote. You and N looked over at him.
“Dad…?” Uzi quietly asked.
Khan didn’t respond. He clicked a button and the door slammed shut. You and N both looked at Uzi. She gave up and let her arms drop. N looked guilty as he dropped her. You heard V and J. The two of you looked over.
“Woah N” J said as she flew down. V flew down with her. “Am I dreaming or did you do something not totally useless for once?” J asked as she walked over.
“I’ve been trying to get past those doors for months! Nice work N!” V said as she winked at him.
“You mean name r-remember…?” N asked, a little shocked.
You smirked knowing N has a crush on her. Your attention fell to Uzi who was now laying on the floor motionless. For a moment you felt sorry for her but then again who cares. You walked over to V and J. V walked under a ventilation shaft and you walked with her.
“These ventilation shafts can easily get us around this last door!” V said as she spread her wings. “Lowest body count eats a missile!” She said as she flew into one.
You laughed softly at that. “Alright cya J, N” You said as you flew after V.
The two of you crawled through the vents and got through. The shock and terror on the workers faces as you and V flew down was priceless! V attacked a worker. You did the same. You both heard J and turned.
“Hey J! I was starting to think you ditched us!” You exclaimed us with a grin.
“I had to take care of a small inconvenience” J said as she flew down in front of you and V.
“Where’s N?” You asked confused.
“He got corrupted just like these workers, I had to put a virus tracker on him…” J quietly said.
You sighed and gave a simple nod. You flew off to kill some workers. V grabbed Thad as you threw a now lifeless worker to them.
“Eat up J! You’re getting overheated” You said as you went over to them.
“I always knew you were a keeper (First initial)!” She exclaimed as she started eating.
V threw Thad. He went tumbling. You three walked over with your wide smiles and “X” displayed screens.
“So…” Khan paused for a moment, “They found our evacuation spot! But if we build a quick door…” He nervously said.
Thad grabbed a weapon and got up. “Are you kidding me?” He asked clearly, a little annoyed as he looked at Khan and his teammates. “You’re the W.D.F right?! Defend!” Thad said, still annoyed.
Fear was washing over all of the workers. Khan and the other W.D.F members backed up. That’s when you realized V was gone. You looked around confused.
“For real..?” Thad quietly asked.
V appeared as she let out an evil laugh and grabbed Thad. She flew down and threw him at the ground. V grabbed him again. J had a grin on her face as she watched.
“Classic V” You said crossing your arms with a smirk. You all turned when you heard the door slam open.
“HEY! YOU PUT THAT CONVENTIONALLY ATTRACTIVE MALE DOWN” Uzi yelled as she pointed at V.
N waved at you and Uzi elbowed him.
“Oh! Uh J… You’re sometimes kind of mean to me and I wish you weren’t. Just some constructive criticism.” N said with an angry look on his face. You all knew it was a load of bull.
“Nice” Uzi said as they fist bumped.
“Noted, traitor” J said, taking a step forward. V tossed Thad. You crossed your arms. “We’ll circle back after I rightsize your existence” J said with a smirk.
N silently looked at you which caused you to get slightly nervous. You sighed.
“N, I’m not siding with a traitor.” You said annoyed. V and J laughed at that.
They all fought and you stood back. You sighed when it was over. N grabbed V and flew off with Uzi. You flew after them.
