[Scene opens from Luz's point of view. She slowly opens her eyes and groans. Cut to a third person view where Luz is lying on the floor. She looks to her left and then sits up, finding herself in a dimly lit corridor. On the walls of both sides, there are multiple huge paintings. Luz then looks to her front and gasps. In front of her, there is a huge painting depicting Emperor Belos holding his staff while looming over her, King, Lilith and Eda in her Owl Beast form. Below the painting is a plaque which says "TRIUMPH OVER WILD MAGIC". Luz then stands up and moves backwards with a frightened expression on her face.]
Luz: What is this place?
Hunter: You know exactly where we are, human. [Luz turns around to find Hunter staring at them angrily.] [Furiously.] You got us trapped in the Emperor's mind!
Luz: Huh?! We're in the Emperor's mind? That's bananas!
Hunter: I don't know what those are, and I don't care to. Remember what happened at the Night Market?
[Scene flashes back to earlier at the Night Market. Hunter notices three hooded, suspicious figures walking nearby.]
Hunter: [Narrating.] I heard whispers of an attempt to invade the Emperor's mind with wild magic. I decided to take the villains out myself. [Hunter follows the three hooded figures into an alley and hides behind a barrel. Although not outright shown, the three figures are implied to be Raine, Darius, and Eberwolf. After Eberwolf finishes drawing some circles on the ground, Raine starts playing their flute, while Darius mixes up some liquid in a test tube he is holding. He then puts the test tube on the ground, and transforms his left hand into an hammer, preparing to break it.] But just as I was about to stop them...
[Hunter jumps out from behind the barrel and confronts the trio.] Halt! For crimes [Takes out his mechanical staff.] against the Emperor, you are under arrest!
Luz: [Narrating.] Oh, wait! I remember now! Eda took me, Y/n, and King to the Night Market to repair our witch's wool cape. But, we ran into some trouble.
[Eda knocks on the glass panel and peers inside.]
Eda: Hello? Prim? Did you get into the Night Juice again? [Sing-songy.] Hello?
[Scene cuts to Eda and Luz outside the door. King's voice comes up from a walkie-talkie Luz is holding.]
King: [Through the walkie.] Is this thing on? Demon King and Phantom Swordsman to Luzura the Spellraiser, you copy?
Y/n: [Through the walkie.] Mic Check, come in Luzura.
Luz: Sure do!
[King and Y/n pop out from a tub filled with skulls.]
King: [In a low voice.] Use the walkie! [Y/n and him point to the walkie.]
Luz: Oh, uh, right. [Turns around.] 10-4, Demon King and Phantom Swordsman. Luzura the Spellraiser here with Echo, Delta, Alfa. What's your 20? Over.
King: Uh, oh. Uh... Hable más lento, por favor. [Subtitles: Speak more slowly please.]
Luz: Aw, you remembered your lesson. But that wasn't Spanish, buddy. I read you loud and clear! Over.
King: [Through the walkie.] Wait, that wasn't Spanish?
Y/n: [Through the walkie.] We gotta polish up on some Walkie-Talkie Codes.
