"Hey pup" said father walking into my room
"Hi Father," i said "what's up?" I said looking at the letter in his hands
"A letter arrived from Arthur Weasley saying that the entire weasley family will be staying at the Leakey Cauldron for the last week of summer vacation and they were wondering if you wanted to join them." Said father, looking over the letter.
"Will i stay there until school starts?" I asked
"Yes, you would go to school with them and i will meet jou at the train station before you board the train." He said
"Is it alright with you if go?"
"fine by me," he said "go pack pup. Arthur will be here in an hour to pick you up." He said walking downstairs.
I rushed to pack my trunk, making sure i don't forget anything before getting ready. I put on some slightly baggy highwaisted jeans with a band shirt tucked in the side of my pants and a leather jacket on top.
I did my hair in a low bun with 2 pieces bleu at the front. Some mascara and lipbalm.
I headed downstairs with my owl in one hand and my trunk in the other.
My dad yelled from the livingroom that there is some toast on the table for me.
I put down my trunk and walked in to the kitchen to see the daily prophet on the counter.
I grabbed my toast and read a few lines on the front of the paper wich said my Dad escaped from Azkaban.
"Moony!" I yelled walking to the livingroom with the newspaper in my hand.
"What pup?" He looked up
I held up the daily prophet."when were you planning on telling me this." I said as he scaned the page.
"I-uhm i didn't know how to tell you." He said looking everywhere but my direction.
"Moony, you should have just straight up told it to me." I said looking at him
"Yea... i should have." he said looking bit guilty."but there is no need to worry dear, we are perfectly safe here." He said looking down at me
"I know, you'll protect me no matter what." I said hugging him
"Of course i will" he hugged back.
We grabbed my trunk and MR.Rage from the bottom of the stairs and placed them in the living room before hearing someone get out the fireplace.
"Hello Mr.Weasley," i smiled
"Hello y/n dear," he smiled "Ready to go?"
"Yup," i kissed my dad on the cheeck before walking to the fireplace
"I'll keep MR.Rage with me until i see you at the train." Said father
"Okay. bye father, love you," i waved
"Bye pup, love you to," he said before i dissapeard into the fireplace
Right before we went in the Leakey Cauldron, Mr.weasley pulled me aside to have a word.
"Y/n, you know your dad has escaped from Azkaban." He said in a hussed voice
"Yea, i found out his morning. Should i be worried." I asked kinda nervous
"Well it wouldn't suprise me if he comes looking for you," Mr.weasley whisperd
"I don't think you have to worry though, here and at hogwarts you will be protected, but keep an eye on your surrounding's." He told me
I was secretly kind of happy that my dad managed to escape, as i think that he is innocent.
"But there will be no need to panic y/n. I need you to promise me this, do not go looking for him, no matter what." He told me
