Get back to life !

A fine evening, with the sun setting in a fiery blaze, painted the sky in deep shades of orange and pink. The city streets buzzed with life, a typical Friday night with everyone eager to unwind. But the tranquility of the dusk was shattered when the screech of tires and the gut-wrenching sound of metal crashing into metal ripped through the air. The chaos had just begun.

On the corner of a street of seoul, a sleek, black Porsche spun out of control, careening across the road before slamming into a light pole. The impact was so intense that the pole bent and sparks flew from the severed wires. Inside the car, the bodies of two young in their early twenties lay motionless. The boy, slumped over the wheel, was half-conscious, blood trickling down the side of his face, while the girl had been violently ejected through the passenger window, landing several feet away on the pavement. She was in a bad way, unconscious and bleeding profusely, her body twisted unnaturally.

The air around the scene was thick with the acrid smell of burning rubber and the eerie quiet that follows such violent incidents. But the stillness didn’t last long.

Within minutes, the street was flooded with people—locals who had been out for an evening stroll, diners from nearby restaurants, and the inevitable bystanders who always seemed to appear out of nowhere whenever disaster struck. Among them was a group of young who were in early twenties/ teens , fresh out of a cafe, who whipped out their phones to record the scene, their faces a mix of horror and intrigue.

“Yo, that’s a whole Porsche! Ain’t no way, bruh!” one of them exclaimed, zooming in on the wreckage, already imagining the likes and retweets his video would rake in.

Meanwhile, others began to recognise the car. It wasn’t just any Porsche—it was the car that had been the talk of the university which dragged everyone's attention towards it , driven by one of the rich kid. The girl was quickly identified too, who was known as the boy 's  girlfriend.

“Wait, isn’t that… nah, can’t be… yo, that’s .. Bruh I know him. I saw him at university . !” a girl whispered, clutching her friend’s arm. The rumor mill started turning even faster, and soon everyone was buzzing with speculation.

But amidst the chaos, the most pressing concern was the two lying injured, one barely hanging on, the other potentially slipping away with each passing second.

A few brave souls approached the car, peering inside to check if the boy was still breathing. His face was pale, and his eyes fluttered weakly as he tried to move, but the pain was too much. The damage was done.

Suddenly, the wail of sirens pierced the air, announcing the arrival of the paramedics. As the ambulance sped down the street, people stepped back, giving way to the professionals who quickly set to work. They gently lifted the girl onto a stretcher, stabilizing her as best they could, while another team carefully extracted the boy from the driver’s seat.

The cops were next on the scene, already taking notes and asking questions. They cordoned off the area, pushing back the crowd that had swelled even more as curious onlookers joined in, including a handful of reporters who had gotten wind of the accident.

“Officer, over here! We’ve got a statement from a witness!” one reporter shouted, her voice cutting through the noise as she hurried toward a man who had stumbled out of a battered tempo. The driver, clearly intoxicated, was being held back by a couple of officers who had pulled him out of his vehicle. His eyes were glassy, and he reeked of alcohol. He could barely stand upright, let alone answer any questions.

“Yeah, yeah, I Was just Driving, Y’know… Didn’t see ‘em,” he slurred, blinking rapidly as he tried to focus. The officer beside him shook his head, disgust etched across his face.
