During the night, Logan is woken up by the sound of someone crying. He turns to Chloe but sees she's not there. So, without thinking twice, he gets up and goes looking for her.
After walking around the house a bit, he finds her crying on the living room couch with her head on her knees.
"Chloe," Logan whispers softly, moving closer to her, but Chloe doesn't answer and continues to cry.
"Hey, sweetie," he tries again, rubbing her back soothingly.
"Can you explain to me what's going on? Why are you crying?"
But Chloe doesn't answer ...
"Please stop crying. It breaks my heart to see you like this," Logan says sadly.
"Come here, little bear." He opens his arms and Chloe literally throws herself into them, snuggling close to him.
"Don't worry, honey, you're safe with me." After a while, Chloe calms down a bit, so Logan tries to talk to her again.
"Puppy, can you tell me what's going on?"
Chloe takes a deep breath. "I had a bad dream," she says, shaking slightly.
"Do you want to tell me about it?"
"I dreamed about Mommy ... I don't want to be with her anymore..."
"Chloe. Why would you say that?" Logan asks, shaking his head and pulling her onto his lap.

"Your parents are probably looking for you anyway."
Chloe shakes her head. "No, they left me alone ... Mommy hurt me and didn't give me food, then we went to the park, and she told me to stay there. Then she left ...'
" She looks at Logan with teary eyes. It breaks his heart to see her like this.
"Sweetheart, I'm so sorry.But you're with me now. You're safe," Logan says, stroking Chloe's cheek.
"Really?" Chloe asks, sniffling.
"Of course. Come on, let's get you back to bed, it's way too early to get up."
Chloe nods and Logan takes her back to his room.

The next morning, Logan is woken up by his alarm clock. He gets up and goes into the bathroom to take a shower. Then he goes back into the room and checks on Chloe, who is still sleeping peacefully.
He decides to go to the kitchen to start preparing breakfast.
He's lost in thought again and therefore doesn't notice that Chloe has woken up and is standing at the door.
"Hey, good morning, cutie pie," Logan says as he sees the little girl standing shyly in the doorway.
"Good morning," she replies politely.
"Did you sleep well?"
Chloe nods.
"Are you hungry? I'm making toast with eggs, do you want some?" Logan asks with a smile.
"Yes!"
While they are having breakfast in front of the
TV, one of the Big Time Rush episodes begins.
Chloe is surprised.
"You're on TV!"
Logan smiles.
"Yes, I am. And the guys you saw yesterday, there are on TV too. Would you like to meet them?"
Chloe's shining eyes are answer enough for him.
As promised, Logan invited the guys for lunch. When the doorbell rings, he opens the door while Chloe remains on the stairs.
"Hey buddy, how's it going?" Kendall asks as he enters the house.
"Hey man," James greets him as he comes in after Kendall.
"How was your night with Chloe?" asks Carlos, who comes in last and closes the door behind him.
"Everything was fine until four in the morning, I heard her crying and Chloe wasn't next to me anymore.  I found her in the living room, and she was telling me about what her mother had done to her..."
"Oh God, that sounds terrible, what did the mother do?" James asks in dismay.
"She told me how she got hurt and that she didn't get any food. She ended up being left alone in the park. She was scared, hungry and cold, so she looked for somewhere to go.
Then she saw all these people at the forum, and she sneaked into the building."
"Man, poor little girl... She shouldn't have to endure so much suffering," Kendall says sadly.
"And what are you going to do now, Logan?"
Carlos asks.
"Do you want to continue to take care of her?" James asks, impressed but also a little doubtful.

"Well, I don't know ... " Logan replies
uncertainly.
"All I know is that there's a little girl who wants to meet you." He leads the boys to Chloe.
"Chloe, this is James, Kendall, and Carlos," Logan introduces his best friends. But Chloe hides behind his legs.
"She's very shy," Kendall says.
"Yeah, give her some time. After everything she's been through ... It's only natural that she doesn't trust other people," Logan replies.
He turns to Chloe and kneels down.
"Don't worry, honey. They're good people, they won't hurt you."
After a while, Chloe slowly gains confidence and gets to know the guys, and she discovers that they're actually pretty funny.
