Prologue:

Life is Timing - Lewis Carls

~

I watched them that day as they gathered at the front of her empty house. Everyone but the tall blonde in hot pink stilettos looked worried.

“You’re moving,” one said in surprise just after the accident.

“Of course I’m moving, I don’t want any suspicion on me to be created,” the blonde whispered angrily.

“But what about us?” another asked.

“You’ll all live, and when the timing is perfect, I’ll come back.”

“We keep quiet ‘til then?” one mumbled.

“We keep quiet...” the three replied softly.

“You better,” the leader said, flipping her pale hair over her shoulder.

A year went by, and I come back to the front of that house to see a news reporter with a camera crew in place of where those five girls stood that day.

“It has been over a year and the investigation continues for the death of Christian Loretta. The body of Christian had been found by local hikers on Maddison Highway this time last year.” The reporter continued speaking to the camera, “Police are certain that the body was not only hit by a speeding car but was moved from the crime scene to side of the road. More evidence has come forward, but it cannot be released to the public just yet. Christian was said he was a boy who had potential to do many things. A spokesperson from the Loretta family has said,

‘The family relocated to California, America, after the accident last winter as they did not wish to

stay near the place where someone killed their son. However, they have now returned due to the new evidence finding.’

No one knows whether they can feel safe ever again until they find out who did this, but we all need to keep up our hopes. Memories of Christian will still lie on the roads and schools of Lacewood.”

As I stood there watching this scene take place, I start to remember back to that night when the girls said they would keep quiet as long as Tiffany was away. However, now that Tiffany is back, there is no reason to keep quiet any longer. I will make sure that this town knows the truth about the night that Christian Loretta died.

A/N: Hey guys, Miranda here! :D I hope you enjoyed the prologue to the new story myself and my bestie, Dee, are writing together. Oh gosh Dee just stole my lunch again. Really Dee? Really? xD

....... Anyways......

We would love it if you voted, shared, and added this to your reading list. It would really help us out :D

Have a lovely day or night
