I don't know how much time flew by; but the camping event campus is two weeks away and I was getting busier with the other student committee on finishing our targets for the plan.

And it was thrilling that I'm getting closer with Tanjiro because he will always take chances to be with me whether during the meeting or outside that time, although I found it off with Genya alone.

Ever since he texted me those messages, once he tries to talk to me about Tanjiro being weird or suspicious, but I always brush him off not to talk bad about him.

It became a little awkward honestly, sometimes me and Genya would joke or help each other for the event but he was almost like a stranger now.

"Everything okay Y/n?" ask Kanao while lend me my food, while Aoi beside her gave me a concerned look.

"How should I put it hmm..."

"What is it?"

"I want your both honest opinion. It's about Tanjiro." I fiddled my fingers nervously, "Do you guys had a strange feeling like weird on him? Because it kept bugging me that Genya felt that way."

"Weird is not the right word for Tanjiro-kun but um..." Aoi mumbled.

"Well if you didn't notice Y/n, from all of us, Tanjiro is closest to you." Kanao pointed out that made Aoi snap her finger.

"Yeah, I realized that too! I don't know if it's right to say this but Y/n, last week, me and Kanao met Tanjiro on our way home, we greeted him to at least walk together but he denied."

"Not only that, Zenitsu-san told me the other day that when he and Inosuke invited him to sleep over he also didn't want to." Added Kanao.

I raise my eyebrows, "Well maybe it's because Tanjiro is still in the process of being good friends with them and not comfortable having a sleepover?"

"Even if he tries to be friends with them, why is it difficult to accept every time they ask him to hang out?" Aoi spoke. "I don't know if the two other boys realize but Y/n, Tanjiro are only with them whenever they want to meet all of us. Because there is you."

This is all getting dizzy, there still none the right answers of why Genya found something suspicious on Tanjiro, but even if it's true that he only wanted to be friends with me while with the rest don't, why?

"Damn, after what we said, now I found it a bit weird honestly." Aoi sigh as she place her hand on my arm.

"But it's nothing to worry about Y/n, Tanjiro-kun is a good guy, just think the positive that maybe he is not fond of being near with many people."

"Yeah, Aoi is right." Kanao agrees.

"Thanks guys, I'll guess I'll talk with Genya later."

"Um, Y/n..." Aoi shook my shoulder as she pointed something outside.

I turned my head to look behind to see the guy's name I just mentioned before, suddenly popped outside the window of the cafe, Genya had his hand raise, as if greeting me and the rest.

Followed by next, a notification came into my phone.

I'll take you home, come on.

I turned to look at the girls who had a cheeky smile on their face, "I should go now, probably."

Aoi rolled her eyes playfully, "Just go already, as always tell us the details later."
