In Fontaine rain occurs after every trial, no one truly knows why. Some speculate, others simply deny. If you were to ask the people, there may be a reoccurring speculation. It is the tears of their own sovereign, but how would that make sense? No one has ever seen said sovereign. Unless? Fontaines dear sovereign is in hiding watching over each trial? Possibly. Only one sentence can be said by the people.
"Hydro dragon, hydro dragon, don't cry"
And then the skies weep no more.
But in the midst of it all, the sovereign had been so painfully obvious! How could no one have noticed it was their dearest Cheif Justice of Fontaine, Monsieur Neuvillette? Well some knew, Those few were people he had personally told.
Oh, how the Cheif Justice was beloved. Infact he was most beloved to someone, someone who was far, far enough where the only time the two could meet is if it was arranged. Sad, no?
Oh how he missed his beloved, The Duke of Metropide missed his beloved oh so much, luckily it so happened he and Cheif Justice had arranged meeting quite soon, tomorrow to put it short.
'Why is the meeting seeming so far? I could of sweared it was today!'
Over at the fortress of Metropide was a struggling Duke, and his second most beloved Sigewinne.
"Wriothesley? are you alright?" You see the dear nurse was alowd to call the Duke by his first name, it was his call anyways.
"I am fine.. just.. ah impatient?" He didn't dare to worry the poor girl with such silly matters.
"I see, may i ask why is that Monsieur?" She was genuinely in question of the Duke, what could he be so.. impatient about?
He took a long sigh "The next meeting with Neuvillette, it is tomorrow and I thought it was today.." He said with much shame admiting that fact even though Sigewinne knows of their affairs, hopefully not of what they get up to? He hopes.
"Ah. I see"
Wriotheysley must-have noticed her need to leave and nodded "you may go Sigewinne, Take care alright?"
She just nods then leaves Wriothesleys office. She must-have remembered of her duties today, or some other reasons she had to leave in a rush.
God how lonely it was for Wriothesley, he can only wish it was tomorrow. Sadly he can only dream of his delicacies, his beautiful features, how his horns glow, how he smiles, how hopelessly in love is this man? Quite, there's no denying it. Wriothesley would stamper if you were to ask him.
And so as time comes tomorrow turns into today, Wriothesley couldn't be more excited. To be quite frank the meeting they organized wasn't for practical matters at all, it was just a simple excuse for the people to believe. Wriothesley had other plans for the esteemed Cheif Justice of Fontaine, some innocent others with some.. suggestive matters at that. Oh how he wanted to kiss Neuvillette in all places he could.
Getting cut off from day dreaming, someone had nocked on his door.
"Come in" The door opened it was Sigewinne, "Good afternoon Wriothesley, The Cheif has arrived" Suddenly from being so droopy he perked up at that "You may let him in" he said trying way to hard to hide just how happy he was about his boyfriend finally arriving.
Just like that, Sigewinne left and Neuvillette entered shutting the door behind him, 'Archons..' Wriothesley breathed out, Neuvillette was certainly a site for sore eyes.
"Well good afternoon to you too" Wriothesley had been caught drooling at that point, not that the dragon minded anyways. "Oh, Aha I apologize dear, your just so.."
"So?"
"beautiful.."
"Wriothesley you flatter me too much truly" he sighed with a smile "I suppose I do, but do you not feel deserving of it? You should."
"Ah its not that at all, you just.. manage everytime to make me fall in love with you just and inch more" Archons how can he speak so romantically and still have barely any clues of it? It certainly mind boggles Wriothesley to the extent.
"If you speak like that I might just kiss you" He lets out a low chuckle, "who said you couldn't?"
..
Then a few moments after Wriothesley had his arms around Neuvillettes waist, and Neuvillettes hands on his face smiling greatly. "You truly are beautiful Monsieur.." He lets out a low shake breath "I know you remind me quite a bit dear" his words filled with soft tones and warmth.
Neuvillette then put his lips on Wriothesleys something he was waiting for, it was sweet and short, but it definitely wasn't just one kiss, you could say Wriothesley was just about all over the poor dragon, but who can blame him? The Cheif Justice is Fontaines self proclaimed beauty. Anyone would kill to have Neuvillette, and that said so would Wriothesley.
They were kissing for what felt like hours was only a few mere minutes, how disappointing. They let go and smiled at each other, so in love truly.
Wriothesley always wonders why Neuvillette chose him out of all people in Fontaine, maybe because he has a respectable job, a good (for the most part) reputation? Archons knows why, he certainly won't because when he asks the Cheif Justice,
"Why me? Why me out of all the people who adore you Neuvi, why me?"
It's the same answer everytime.
"Because you are the one who truly adores me dear."
He believes Neuvillette of course, but he always feels there's something more then just that, he's honored yes definitely. But it just seems too surreal, maybe it is, and here Neuvillette is in his arms, in HIS arms and he couldn't want it any other way.
He loved Neuvillette and will forever love Neuvillette.
"Neuvillette, Archons know how blessed I am too have your pretty face plastered in my mind"
Neuvillette laughed as the gesture is quite cute nonetheless, "and so am I, you are very handsome Wrio" Oh how lucky he was.
To be with Neuvillette,
To kiss Neuvillette,
To hug him,
To.. well you get the point..
It's just for Wriothesley..
Being with Neuvillette is so utterly pleasant.
