Fritz, a college boy from Florida who was into skateboarding and metal and rock music, was sitting on a plane. Fritz usually had his long blonde hair up in a man bun or just laying down on his shoulders like he did now. The planes destination was Japan, so he had quite a while to until he was to his destination. He sat, looking out of the window, studying the clouds and terrain under him. He was nervous to leave his family for the first time in his life.
He had never been away from his family, especially not this far away. He was leaving for college so he'd most likely be there for a few years. His family and himself had been saving up for both his plane ticket and the money for the collage for years, but they finally did it. He was finally going to Tokyo.
One or two rows behind Fritz was another collage boy named Grace. Grace had always been interested in Tokyo and Japan in general, so he decided a few years back that he would save up for a plain ticket to go there.
The brown haired boy would be zoning out while looking through his window before a flight attendant snapped him out of it. "Excuse me, sir. Would you like anything to eat or drink?" The flight attendant asked politely. Grace turned his attention to the woman speaking to him. "Oh, yes please! Could I get a coke and some peanuts?" Grace would ask, a faint smile on his face.
The flight attendant spoke after Grace. "Of course!" She bent down to get the soda and a bag of peanuts for the male sitting politely. She handed the food to Grace before walking to the next row of seats.
Without warning, the plane hit hard turbulence. The plane bounced and Grace's drink spilled slightly. 2 rows up sat Fritz, who was now shooken after the turbulence considering he hated planes, let alone when they hit turbulence. Although he was nervous, he calmed himself down by putting in his earbuds and listening to his favorite songs.
An hour or 2 after the turbulence, lights in the plane started flashing. Fritz looked out the plane window and they were... going down!? He started getting more and more nervous as he looked out the window. He knew nobody on this plane so he couldn't ask for comfort. He paused his music and listened intently for any instructions on what to do. Eventually, a female voice would come onto the plains intercom. "We are going down but please stay calm. The pilots are trying their best to make the landing softer. If anything happens and we happen to land on water, there are inflatable life boats under your seats."
As the intercom shut off, Fritz was holding back tears, but he could feel them falling down his cheeks. He used his hands to wipe his eyes and cover them as well. The male next to him looked over at him. He put a hand on Fritz's shoulder before speaking softly. "Don't worry man! The pilots are going to make this a soft landing so there's nothing to worry about."
Fritz looked at the man next to him. "Yeah, thanks..." The blonde haired male said, his voice soft and shaking slightly.
He looked out the window again to see them going down faster. He tried getting on his phone but there was no cell service where they were. The worst thoughts were going through his head. What if I die? My family won't know and they'll think I got to Tokyo safely he thought, the thoughts racing in his head.
Grace, on the other hand, was still quite terrified, yet less than Fritz. He was breathing heavier than normal but he assured himself that they would land slightly and get help. But then they hit. It was a hard and painful hit. Every one was thrown out of there seats as the plain hit the forest ground. The plain collapsed and flames started to rise from the engines.
The worst happened, Fritz thought. He was now balling from both pain and nervousness. Fritz ended up passing out from being so nervousness. Grace also passed out.
A few hours after the crash, Fritz awoke. He saw that he could possibly get out of the plane through his window. He crawled out, the excess glass scratching his sides. He walked around, blood dripping from his legs and forehead. After a bit of walking he sat down and started to cry. A mixture of tears and blood dripping down his cheeks.
Grace, who also managed to survive the crash heard Fritz crying. He walked to the sound before he saw the boy sitting on the floor bawling his eyes out. Grace ran over to him and kneeled in front of the blonde male.
"Hey, hey!" Grace said, grabbing Fritz's shoulders and shaking him slightly. Fritz looked up at Grace and a faint blush crossed his face. "W-who are you?" Fritz asked, a nervous tone. , his voice filled with worry.
"Grace. Grace Springfield. Are you hurt? I can help with most injuries." Grace spoke to Fritz softly. Fritz hesitated before speaking to Grace. "My head hurts a bit... and my legs a bit sore..." Grace looked at Fritz, worried. "Which leg? And is it a throbbing pain or stabbing pain in your head and leg?"
As Grace said this, Fritz's blush only grew more. "Left leg... and a throbbing pain for my head and leg." Fritz said, his voice still shaking and worried. Grace then spoke. "You must have hit your head... can you move your leg? Does it hurt to move it?" Fritz thought for a moment before responding. "I can move it, but if I put too much pressure it hurts." Grace sighed before looking back at Fritz. "You should be fine, just tell me if it hurts more anytime, okay?"
Fritz was now extremely red as Grace spoke to him. "Y-yeah, of course..." His tone shifted from scared and worried to one of happiness. "Thanks... thanks a lot, Grace." Fritz spoke while looking away, embarrassed.
Grace chuckled before speaking again. "Of course, anytime!"
