Prologue You were raised in a small orphanage with your big brother yukito (u can change the name if you want). Your mother had died in a assassination attempt along with your father when you were 6. The two of you had been out selling flowers and apples. When you got back yukito had asked you to go to the well and get water.yukio entered and saw the gruesome scene and rushed out to get help but not before entrusting you to their beloved neighbor a old lady named ophilia. You had stayed with her for a while unknown to the troubles outside. After some time your brother came back and told you that your parents had died. Yukito promised to stay by your side and make sure to protect you.
Years later at the age of 8 you had sneaked out and bumped into the duke of Eckhart. He looked shocked and this man suddenly hugged you. You being raised by kind people hugged him back as he started to cry. You had pat his back and stayed there for a while. The duke called you yvonne and turned to reynold and derrick. Upon seeing you they were shocked but then derrick pointed out that you were not yvonne. Duke eckhart looked again and indeed you looked slightly different. He bend down on his knee and asked for your name "my name is y/n!" You had responded very proudly. The duke amused asked if you had parents which made you shake your head sadly. After some thoughtful thinking the duke nodded and carried you. "You shall be my daughter then!" You smiled and exclaimed "yay okay daddy!" Reynold and Derrick could only sigh and follow their father. Unknown to you you had somehow completely forgotten your own big brother. Hmm? Yukito?who is that?
When you arrived at the mansion you had been very curious so you bombarded the duke with questions. You waved and smiled at the servants which earned smiles and small waves. Reynold was annoyed by your rambling but didn't say anything. Derrick was opposed to the idea of letting you, a mear commoner stay at the eckhart residence much less get adopted by them. Though you did peak his interest. He had calmly answered some of your questions and walked beside you. Once you got into the mansion your first thought and words were "wow.....daddy is a handsome king haha!" The duke had chuckled a bit and set you down. "Y/n,you are my daughter which makes you an eckhart......you are y/n eckhart now so let no one order you around okay?" You responded "okay!I umm I shall..? I shall make you very proud daddy!" The dukes eyes softened and he nodded. He turned to the head butler and ordered them to make you a room." Until then you should stay in derricks room". Derrick surprised asked where he would stay and the duke responded "well in the same room? We don't have any rooms prepared." Derrick sighed unable to disobey his father and simply nodded. Reynold and the Duke left leaving you with Derrick. You went to his side and held his hand."You are very short" derrick commented. "Yeah!You are super tall!" Derrick walked quietly after that.
Time skip
You are now 15 years old. You had been going to parties hosted by nobles and people seemed to like you!you wore beautiful dresses and your hair was always styled beautifully. You and the maids were on good terms and often joked and conversed with you. Nobles would often talk about your soft aura compared to your brothers. Derrick and you became close due to the fact that reynold avoided you for a while. The two of you were often found at the library reading books or during parties you two would dance and take hold of everyone's attention. Reynold was tough to get close to but after a very long while and you being nice he opened up and got close to you. Reynold and you will be outside most of the time. He will either take you to the training camp so he can show off how amazing he is or he will have tea with you in the garden. Reynold and derrick are both very protective because they don't want what happened to yvonne to happen to you. They lost one sister,they won't lose you. As for you, your life has been good but you feel as though you forgot something very important, You wonder what but if you forgot it must not be important.
