My name is Ren Gaylic but most people know me as Thena of Parra-Val. This story is going to be about my childhood, will everything I can remember about it at lest. Now lets start from the beginning (the real beginning this time)!
I should explain a few things about Parra-Val, there is only one royal family so any prince or princess has to marry someone from a noble family. There is different types of nobles, some of them are classed a royals because of how much money they have but they have no royal blood Klaus and Hamage come from a family like this. Neffy was born into the real royal family, so she was raised to believe that elementals are better then everyone one. Elementals might be the most powerful on the planet but that does not make them better then anyone.
The day me and Al-door were born! You would think that this day would be Neffy and Klaus's would be happy on this day as we were, 'the first twins born on Parra-Val in the last 800 year'. The next generation the first and second born. Klaus was the happies on this day. However Neffy could not care less, she smiles and waves at the people of Parra-val as she introduces us, but the second the doors are shut she hands little baby Thena and little baby Al-door off to the staff. Klaus would sneak into our rooms every night agents Neffy's orders and read us a bed time story. Neffy hates children its not until we became adults that she treated us like we are house family. Klaus was the only person (other than the staff) that took care of us, Klaus really does love us Neffy didn't she just pretend to.
Henric is Ben's and Adam's father he worked for Neffy. Henric was a Guardian but his elemental died he never talks about her, but after her death he had nothing to do so Neffy gave him a job at the castle as they were friends when they were kids. Henric would babysit me and Al-door till we were 2 years old. The first 2 years of our life not much happened we learnt how to talk Parra-Valian and Earth English, we learnt how to walk and use the bathroom (I'm pretty sure we had a normal life for our first 2 years). Once we tuned 3 years old our little sister Ge-Ge was born, the second Ge-Ge was born me and Al-door went into royal training. We had to take classes on the history of Parra-Val, how to act in public this was when everything started to go down hill.
