The next day we all stood at the statue in front of the school which was also the portal Twilight used to switch between worlds. 
"Sure wish you could stay longer." Applejack said as she sent Twilight a quick sweet smile. 
"Me too. But I have responsibilities in Equestria that I have to get back to. Its citizens need me. But now I can go through the portal whenever I need to. This isn't goodbye. It's just goodbye 'til next time." She looked down at Spike who was by her feet. 
"Ready?" Spike replied with a nod of his head. They walked into the portal as we all said our goodbyes.

The rest of our lives went on like normal after that. Sunset Shimmer kept writing to Twilight through her book and we've all been focusing on our activities a lot, and we're still practicing as a band of course. Rainbow Dash would never let us forget about The Rainbooms. Speaking of Rainbow Dash, I've gone to almost all of her soccer games and she's absolutely crushing it. It's great to see when everyone else shows up to support her. Suddenly, I was brought out of my thoughts from a loud voice. 
"Hey Y/n! Sunset Shimmer! You guys ready or what?" Applejack asked us as she threw me a microphone and Sunset Shimmer picked up her guitar. I looked over at Rainbow Dash and smiled. She leaned in to me and kissed me and eventually pulled away with a smug look on her face. 
"Lets rock!" She yelled.
