Teresa blinked. She wasn't sure what the hell I saw.

And, as quickly as she saw it, It went away.

She shook my head. "It was probably my imagination, or something. I didn't really get enough sleep last night. " She thought. Nevertheless, She walked out of the bathroom.

As Teresa poured milk into her "Fruit Loops". Screw her parents. They had the word "fruit" in it. Due to Teresa's logic, if it has any association with the word "Fruit", then it had to have something to do with fruits. Hence, Fruit Loops.

"Anybody home?" Shouted a familiar voice. Teresa slowly stood up, ready to summon her blade. "Show yourself!" She shouted in the gruff manner of her Father.

"Hey, hey. Watch it. It's only me." Answered the voice. Creaking over to the table, Teresa recognized this boy. It was Mathius, better known as Matt. He was a tall, skinny teenager, with shaggy dark hair, and rich chocolate brown eyes. He was abnormally pail, but that was normal. He was the son of Simon and Isabella, Simon a vampire, Isabella a shadowhunter. He was half vampire. Teresa shivered slightly, remembering stories her mother told her about vampires.

Matt sat himself down, helping himself to some fruit loops. "Yo." He said casually.

"And what have you been up to, child of god?" Asked Teresa sarcasticly. She began eating her fruitloops. Immedietly, she made a face. "What the hell..." She thought. "These fruit loops all taste the same..."

"WHAT THE HELL." She shoated, practiccly flipping over the table. She was englufed in the feiry flame of Methestopahles, or as the clave would say. "ALL THESE DAMN FRUIT LOOPS TASTE THE SAME."

Matt rolled his eyes. He took a bite of each color of fruit loop. His eyes lit up. "Dang. Your RIGHT." Immedietly, they began ranting about the lies of their childhood. Matt was her friend. This is what friends do.

Afterwords, the topic was dropped. Teresa ate a pear and banana, while Matt ate a danish pastry. He knew that Teresa techniccly wasn't allowed to have this sugary stuff, so he rather enjoyed eating it in front of her.

"Hey look." Giggled Matt. He began to eat his Pastry. "I'm making out with my breakfast."

Teresa couldn't take those feather objects from out of her mind. The incedent that morning. She began thinking it over.

"Well..." She thought. "I am a shadowhunter. Shadowhunters have this weird connection to angels. And what to Angels have? Incredibly muscular bodies. And wings. And what did I have in the morning, sticking out of my shoulderblades? Feather objects? And what are made out of feathers? Wings! BAM. Problem solved."

The two shadowhunter's decided to take a day off from fighting the forces of evil, and went to Brooklyn, New York. It was supposed to be pretty hot, but the temperature plummeted to around 59 degrees. The two teenagers where forced to wear their jackets. As they strolled down the bustling sidewalks, they talked about important stuff.

"Teresa, you remember that girl...Lana Abermath from middles school?"

"Of course I did, Matt. I sat next to her in History. She kept on braiding my hair."

"Well , turns out she tied the knot."

"With who?!"

"Carlos Elgarez."

"Really? Lana was always excused from Sex Ed. She'd be the last person I'd bet to lose their virginity."

"I know, RIGHT?! I was betting on...Kelsey Tuscon. Seriously. That girl is hot."

The conversation continued on, until the pair made it to a rather large house. It was old school, and brown, with a rows of flowers surrounding it. Teresa and Matt walked up the granite staircase, and knocked on the door, hard enough for someone to hear.

A short girl answered, with a smile. "Oh, hey guys! What's up?" The girl's name was Zoey Bane, the adopted Warlock child, of Alec Lightwood and Magnus Bane. She was short for her years, which made her pretty cute, in some way. She had dusty brown hair, which she often had braided, and liquid green-hazel eyes. She usually wore skirts with leggings, which caused Teresa to make some bright remark how "girly" that was, once. Zoey beat her up so hard, that blood poured from Teresa's nose. This was no girl to mess with.

"Oh nothing much we just decided we'd visit you and make sure your sanity was still intact, I mean your living with two very, very gay dudes who probably drive you crazy 24/7," Teresa replied, grinning.

Zoey snickered. "Its actually pretty entertaining living with them. I mean, it can be annoying at times, like when Magnus uses up all the shampoo in one shower. But most of the time it's hilarious. Like, have you ever heard a dude comment on how much he wants to bang a really hot guy at the beach?" When neither friend responded she said, "I thought not."

Teresa noted that Zoey called one of her dads "Magnus" instead of dad. Zoey had explained why before. She had said that if she just said "dad" either one or both would respond when she was only talking to one of them, and it would be too hard to remember who was who if she called them Dad 1 and Dad 2 or Dad A and Dad B. So, Zoey just called them by name. They weren't her real parents anyway. Her mom was dead and her dad was some minor demon. Magnus was teaching her magic and Alec was teaching her fighting skills. She was a warlock, not a shadowhunter, but Alec thought self-defense was a good thing to know anyway.

"Still it has to be at least a little bit awkward," Matt said, making a weird face.

Zoey started laughing. She laughed so hard that Teresa worried her stomach would rupture. Eventually she calmed down, still giggling every once in a while. " I'm sorry," she gasped. "I was just remembering one time when Magnus and Alec told me that if I turned out Lesbian they wouldn't be able to help me very much since they weren't too good with girls, but if I was straight they would gladly help me find a really sexy boyfriend."

Teresa grinned. "What are their standards for a guy to be considered sexy?"

"They have slightly different views. Alec likes the outgoing ones that laugh a lot and Magnus likes the dark and brooding ones. But they can agree that the muscular ones are very hot."

Matt looked skeptical. "How do you know these things again?"

"They told me. Anyway, come on in." Zoey stepped to the side to allow Matt and Teresa through the doorway. Zoey guided them through the entryway and into the living room, where there was a couch and a few chairs on a fluffy carpet. On said couch, Alec and Magnus were tangled together, making out.

Teresa ran for her life, Matt just behind her, wanting to be anywhere but where there were to grown men making out on a couch and covering her eyes, screeching at the top of her lungs, "MY EYES!! MY EYES!! HELP ME!! MY INNOCENCE IS GONE!! WHY MUST THEY DO SUCH THINGS IN A RELATIVELY PUBLIC SPACE!?!?!?!?"

In the kitchen she dared to peak and saw that Matt was doing the same thing. He sighed dramatically. "We are safe from that dreadful evil." He snorted. "Seriously though, that was one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen in my life."

Teresa nodded, running her hand through her red hair. "Agreed."

Zoey came into the kitchen then and sat on one of the stools that stood in front of the black granite counter. "Sorry about that. They are constantly horny, so sometimes they just start having sex right where they happen to be at the time."

Teresa stared at her incredulously. "You're saying that this is a normal occurrence for you and you're still perfectly sane? Damn girl, you have a strong will."

"Why thank you," Zoey said, striking a pose. Teresa shook her head. Teresa seemed completely immune to the excessive weirdness in her life. Little did Teresa know that her own life, which was already pretty strange, was going to get a hell of a lot weirder.
