Chapter 1

Third person pov

It was the end of a spring semester for the middle school third year Eiai (Y/n). Graduating top marks of her class all the students were outside taking pictures with their friends as she looked around for her boyfriend (B/n). "Hey (y/n)." She looked to see it was her only friend along with her boyfriend.

"Kamiya, Akira." (Y/n) said seeing the two holding hands. "Hey (y/n)." Kamiya said. "Hey (y/n)." Akira said. "I'm looking for (B/n)." (Y/n) said. "(B/n) I think he went that way." Akira pointed. "Thanks." She said as she went to go find her boyfriend she saw him soon her world came crashing down. She saw him kiss another girl. "Hmm (y-y-y/n) it's not what it looks like." (B/n) said. "Was my feeling's not enough for you (B/n) that you had to throw me to side." She said about to cry. "He did say I was the better girl for him." (Y/n) looked who said it and it was Claire. "How long how long were you doing this." (Y/n) said angry gritting her teeth. "We started dating in the middle of the spring semester." Claire said with a smug look on her face.

"Well congratulations here's my parting gift." (Y/n) said as she was about to slap Claire until (B/n) grabbed her hand. "Defending this traitor from your Ex." (Y/n) said. "Yes." (B/n) which put the nail in the coffin. "(Y/n)!!!" She and (B/n) looked to see it was Akira as he landed a punch on (B/n)'s face making him let go of (y/n). "Are you ok (y/n)." Kamiya said coming to (y/n) as she stood up. "I'm good I think I need to leave." (Y/n) said as she ran out of the school grounds making this her worst graduation.

Ame pov

Me, Calli, Gura, Kiara, and Ina were looking at the top scores of this weeks exams. "I can't believe I didn't place in the top 20." Gura said. "Well maybe you shoulda studied more gura." Ina said as we saw her name in the top 10. "I would say I did okay." Calli said seeing she placed 20th. "Yeah I'm place above Calli." Kiara said seeing she placed 19th. "Who placed first." Gura said. "Eiai (Y/n)." Ina said. "Eiai (Y/n)." I said looking at Ina. "Rumors say that some of the first years dubbed her the ice queen." Kiara said as I looked in my pocket. "Shoot I forgot my phone in the classroom be right back." I said running to the classroom.

I saw my phone on my desk. "There it is." I said picking it up as I saw the rumored girl sitting there alone writing in her note. "Hey the exam scores up you gonna check them out." I said. "Seeing them even though I already know that I have the top score would be a lack of efficiency." She said as I got a good look at her.

'I see why they dub her the ice queen she natural looks but her gaze is very cold.' I thought to myself. "Even if you are to ask me to hang out with you there's no efficiency or gain when having fun in life." She said. "Why say that there is a lot to life rather than studying." I said looking at her. "Even so why don't I prove you wrong." I added pointing to her. "So you're asking me out on a date." (Y/n) said with a straight face. "Y-y-yes it will be a date to the amusement park." I said running out of the class room.

'What a weird girl even if we were to go on this date she will not prove me wrong.' I said to myself knowing I will gain nothing from this experience.

I was at home studying up but that girls was still in my mind. 'That girl I think she was in my class Amelia Watson.' I said to myself but I feel my face flushing red.

'I shouldn't let trivial things clog my mind then.' I said to myself as I wrote the whole number of Pi down on my white board as I soon sat down. "Ahh nothing is better than reciting down pi like sister said Pi is life." I said as I continued studying but that girl keeps coming into my mind. I began to write all of Pi from my white board to plastering papers of it on my wall. "This is becoming a waste of time a big amount of it." I said as I kept studying until it was the day of the date.
