As I Lay in My Bed

As I lay in bed and look around my room, I find all the things that I have created. That shirt with the flowers is no longer stained with ink, that blank papers are filled with drawings of an independent sunflower, strong and courageous Erodium malacoides, growth of little flowers and full of what used to be wrappers but now is an art piece.

My poems are not just words on a page, they are emotions and stories that have a deeper meaning and are much more powerful than what most people see.

My drawings are not just faces on pages with no meaning at all, they are feelings that were never expressed with stories that were never told, the emotions play roles and the pages are the stages.
