Finn found an empty compartment finally. He sighed in relief and sat down, opening his book. He was reading "Charlotte's Web". It was one of his favorite books. Artemis was curled up on Finn's lap.

Many minutes later, Finn was so engrossed in his book, that he didn't notice the door of the compartment slide open and two people were standing here. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see that one was a redhead and the other was raven-haired. The two boys he had seen earlier at the platform.

"Could we sit here?" the raven-haired asked, pointing at the seat right next to Finn. "Everywhere else is full."

Finn looked at them, not really wanting them to join him because he wanted to be alone, but he let them sit. They did seem nice, after all. He could just read his book. The redhead sat across from Finn while the raven-haired boy sat beside him carefully. He knew it was probably because of Artemis.

"She won't scratch you or anything. You can pet her if you want." Finn said softly and let Artemis get out of his lap. The boy went to pet her and the cat purred.

Finn went back to his book while this was happening and moments later, the compartment door slide open again and this time, Finn looked up to see two more red-headed twin boys.

"Hey, Ron." one said and Finn knew that must've been the red-heads name.

"Listen, we're going down the middle of the train — Lee Jordan's got a giant tarantula down there."

  "Right," mumbled Ron.

"Hey," said the other twin assumingly to Finn and the boy next to him, "did we introduce ourselves? Fred and George Weasley. And this is Ron, our brother. See you later, then."

"Bye," said the boy and Ron. The twins slid the compartment door shut behind them.

"Are you really Harry Potter?" Ron blurted out. That caught Finn's attention. He slightly moved his book down to see the conversation.

  Harry nodded.

"Oh — well, I thought it might be one of Fred and George's jokes," said Ron. "And have you really got — you know . . ."

Ron pointed at Harry's forehead. Finn thought it was a little rude, but didn't comment.

Harry pulled back his bangs to show the lightning scar. Ron stared.

  "So that's where You-Know-Who — ?"

"Yes," said Harry, "but I can't remember it."

  "Nothing?" said Ron eagerly.

"Well — I remember a lot of green light, but nothing else."

"Wow," said Ron. He sat and stared at Harry for a few moments, then, as though he had suddenly realized what he was doing, he looked quickly out of the window again and then looked at Finn.

"Sorry, I'm Ron. Who are you?" he said a little quickly.

"I'm Finn." he said quietly and smiled a little. After a while of reading, Finn had listened in on their conversation.

"Are all your family wizards?" asked Harry to Ron.

"Er — yes, I think so," said Ron. "I think Mum's got a second cousin who's an accountant, but we never talk about him."

"So you must know loads of magic already." said Harry.

"I heard you went to live with Muggles," said Ron. "What are they like?"

"Horrible — well, not all of them. My aunt and uncle and cousin are, though. Wish I'd had three wizard brothers."

"Five," said Ron. For some reason, he was looking gloomy. "I'm the sixth in our family to go to Hogwarts. You could say I've got a lot to live up to. Bill and Charlie have already left — Bill was head boy and Charlie was captain of Quidditch. Now Percy's a prefect. Fred and George mess around a lot, but they still get really good marks and everyone thinks they're really funny. Everyone expects me to do as well as the others, but if I do, it's no big deal, because they did it first. You never get anything new, either, with five brothers. I've got Bill's old robes, Charlie's old wand, and Percy's old rat."
