Chapter 29 :
Morning Embrace

As the morning sunlight bathed the room, Rishabh woke up to find Sejal snuggled in his arms. Aware of their impending workday, he gently tried to move her, but she mumbled a soft "no" and hugged him tighter. A smile played on his lips, and he let her continue to rest.

Carefully moving a strand of hair from her face, Rishabh couldn't resist kissing her forehead. He lay there, captivated by her peaceful expression, cheek squished against his chest, hands securely on her waist. In a soft whisper of compliments in Spanish, he admired her until she stirred awake.

Sejal, upon waking, found Rishabh already gazing at her. Playfully, she told him not to stare, "Stop staring,Mr Chavan." but he simply greeted her with a "good morning" and continued to admire her. The lingering stare persisted as they eventually got out of bed.

In a gentle gesture, Rishabh let Sejal take a shower first. The morning unfolded as they both prepared for the day ahead, the shared moments creating a subtle dance of connection and anticipation.

Time Skip.

In the warmth of the Chavan mansion's kitchen, Geeta joyfully announced that her sister and her children would be visiting that day. Excitement filled the air as the family looked forward to the arrival of Geeta's sweet and easy-going sister and her children.

Mihir, expressing his anticipation, exclaimed, "I've been wanting to meet Aryan for a long time. Finally, he's coming!"

The news, however, didn't sit well with Rishabh, who silently lamented the fact that their family's arrival would likely interfere with his plans for a dinner date with Sejal. Unaware of Rishabh's disappointment, Sejal was happy about meeting his family. The mention of the dinner date slipped from Rishabh's mind, leaving Sejal unaware.

As the news of Geeta's sister's visit buzzed through the Chavan mansion, Sejal found herself in the kitchen, chatting with Mihir. Curious, she asked, "Mihir, tell me more about Maa's sister and her family. I'm excited to meet them!"

Mihir, with a warm smile, began sharing details about Asha, Geeta's sister, her husband Anil, and their two sons, Abhishek and Aryan. "Asha Maushi is incredibly sweet and caring, just like Maa. Anil Kaka is a gem, always ready with a joke or two to lighten the mood. Abhishek is the elder one, mature and responsible, while Aryan, is a bundle of energy. You'll love them!"

Sejal, genuinely interested, asked, "How often do they visit?"

Mihir replied, "Not as often as we'd like, but when they do, it's always a joyful time. Aryan, especially, is quite the character, like me I would say. He and I used to have the best adventures when we were younger."

Sejal, intrigued by Mihir's stories, smiled and said, "I'm looking forward to meeting them and creating some new memories together."

Sejal, with her not-so-good memory, was genuinely thrilled at the prospect of meeting Rishabh's family. Determined to contribute, she volunteered to help with dinner preparations, insisting that she wouldn't talk to anyone if her offer was declined. The family chuckled at her stubbornness, but Geeta, amused, agreed to let Sejal assist.

Rishabh, still in his thoughts about the date, wondered if Sejal had completely forgotten about their plans. "Did Sejal really forget about our date night?" The anticipation for the family's arrival, combined with Sejal's determination to contribute, set the stage for an evening of familial warmth and unexpected surprises.

Time Skip.

Sejal and Rishabh settled into the car after a delightful breakfast, ready for the day. Sejal, breaking the news about postponing their date, surprised Rishabh with her unexpected recall. "We can go some other time for the date, maybe when we'll have some time off of our schedules," she suggested, and Rishabh, pleasantly surprised, agreed, "Sure, whenever you're ready."
