"George, I love you," a soft voice whispers.

I find myself sitting at a marble table. Sunlight beams through the divine emerald leaves of the trees while birds flutter in the air and chirp rapturous melodies. It's so pleasant here... so perfect....

"George, I love you." A girl with fair skin and long silky hair sits before me in all white. She rests her warm hand in mine. "I love you." Her voice echoes...

I gaze into her sparkling, sapphire eyes. Immediately a cold aversion creeps into me.

"I love you..." Her voice seems to echo in th distance.

"Where am I?" I interrogate her with uneasiness.

"You're with me, love," the girl replies in an angelic voice.

I recognize her eyes. They seem to read my every thought. Those blue eyes... Blue eyes! Terror slaps me out of my trance.

I try to get away, but the girl's hand becomes clamped to my wrist. Now it feels frozen like a claw of ice.

Her hellish eyes shoot into mine.

"Let me go!" I yell, frantically struggling to escape.

Where the hell am I? What is this place? Panic absorbs me.

"Heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!" I shout desperately.

Blood drools from the girl's lips.

This is not happening... Shit, shit, shit shit...

Her body becomes pale and emaciated, and those devilish eyes of hers remain attached on me, unmoving.

I can feel my heart racing and my blood pressure rising...

Whiteness blurs into my vision. I find myself in a bed inside a white room. A man in what appears to be a lab coat is here with me, walking around in the room. Then, I realize I'm in a doctor's office.

"What's going on?" My head whirls with pain.

"Your friend went looking for you a few days ago and found you passed out in the woods. You're lucky she found you or you would have frozen to death."

"Wait... How long have I been out for?"

"Four days."

"Four days!?" What... the... fuck...

"Your parents have been in and out to see you. They've been worried sick! What were you doing out there?"

"Uh..."

"Well, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you're awake. I'll get you something to eat. Here, I have a menu."

I can't handle this shit.

Fortunately, I was doing so well that I got out of the hospital the next day. My parents asked me what the hell was going on, but all I could say was, "I don't know." They think I'm on LSD or something, so now they're sending me to a psychologist; I don't open up though 'cause when I don't want people to know sutff about me, I say as little as possible.

Both Rikie and Rick have been spewing up questions at me, mainly Rikie.

"Dude, what the hell?" Rikie shoots at me when I come back to school. What a pleasant way to welcome me back! "You know, if I hadn't gone looking for you, you would've died out in the cold."

"Oh, so it's my fault," I retort.

"Well, if you wouldn't have gone into the woods, none of this would've happened."

Agitation nags at me.

"Leave the kid alone," Rick says. "He's alright now. That's what matters."
