* * After talking with his brother, David finally realized he hadn't been making time for his oldest child, Shai. So he invited Shai and her mother out for dinner at a fancy Italian restaurant. "Hey, Dave'' Alexis sat down while Shai went over to hug her dad.
"You ain't mad at me, right? David asked his daughter.
''Not really," Shai sat next to her dad.
"I'm sorry, aight" David apologized to his daughter.
"It's okay, daddy" Shai was quick to forgive her beloved dad.
Shai stepped away to go to the restroom leaving her parents sitting across the table from each other. "Dave, you gotta do better for our daughter," Alexis can see right through her ex.
"I know, I'm sorry" David took a sip of Champagne.
"Any luck on finding her? Alexis asked while the waitress served their dinner.
"Yes," David simply answered.
"That's good," Alexis was sad when she heard about Alyssa's kidnapping.
"I'm back," Shai returned to the table.
"Hope you washed your hands, young lady?
"Yes, momma'' Shai doesn't like her treating her like a little girl.
Shai had dinner with her parents. ''Do you enjoy your food? David asked his daughter.
"Yes, Daddy" Shai gave a thumbs up and her parents laughed.

"Let's take a group photo," Alexis suggested.
"Okay," David agreed.
Shai sat in between her parents while a waitress took a family picture of them together as they posed in different positions with Shai. "Okay, I gotta go" Alexis stood up, kissed her daughter on the cheeks and hugged her baby daddy.
"Bye Mom," Shai waved to her mother.
"See you later, Lex! "
David paid 120 for the dinner and tipped the waitress a 100 dollar bill before he left with his daughter, Shai. As he was driving back home, he got a text from Nasir followed by some photos of Sidney.
