Omniscient pov

Londyn and Ethan were walking on the sidewalk talking about whatever came to mind. They just finished a shared blunt and then wanted to go on a walk.

We'll Londyn begged Ethan to go outside since they been inside all day.

"Ethan." Londyn called his name. "What's up?" he questioned, putting his phone in his pocket and giving his full attention to the girl.

"Would your leg hurt if you cut it off?." She asked, wondering. He had to think about what to say before calling her stupid.

"I mean... yea you cut off your leg." he said, sounding confused. "Yea but like where would you feel the pain at though." She stopped walking and turned to him. "In your le-." He cut himself off, getting more confused.

She then started laughing. "Nah dats crazy." He laughed while scratching his head. The girl then calmed down and started looking around and spotted a figure moving towards the couple.

But Notti sees the person coming closer and sees he has a ski on.

The couple both clutched their strap in their waistband because they didn't like the energy that was coming towards them. The unknown guy was about to pass the couple and he pulled something out of his pocket.

That's when reality slowed down for Londyn and all she could hear was her breathing and heartbeat. She noticed Ethan kept walking side eying the guy but still walking.

But that's when she realized the unknown guy is holding a sharp object and holding it towards Ethan. She saw her own reflection off the knife and then it finally clicked.
