Chapter 17: Meeting His Ex

I had a little chit chat with Mace, but I knew she wouldn't like the idea of me telling her am not in USA, so I decided to tell her everything when everything was over. I got bored at home so I told the butler I'll be going shopping and he assigned some guards to come with me, the chauffeur took me to the fanciest women's shopping mall in the city "are you from here?" I asked the driver who just stopped the car at the parking lout "uhm no ma'am it's just that I know places here" he replied with a smile "okay" that was just what my reply then got out of the car and entered the shopping mall. 'Oh my it's beautiful' everywhere seems spectacular, I was busy admiring the breathtaking dresses when I bumped into a lady "oh my am so sorry" I said as I helped her picked her purse and stood up to see a lady with brown hair and crystal eyes her white skin was glowing 'wow what a beautiful lady' I thought to myself "uhm this might be yours" I asked and handed her the purse "oh yes it's mine thank  you" she said to me "you're welcome, am Kate Greg" I said with a smile and stretched my hand for a hand shake. "Am Catalina Dens it's a pleasure to meet you Kate" she said smiling and making her dimples visible "uhm I'll be going now bye" I bade her goodbye and went shopping. When I was done shopping and I started walking out of the mall when I noticed two figures kissing passionately, I got closer and couldn't believe my eyes Travis and the lady I just met some hours ago kissing, I felt something piercing into my heart 'no I can't be feeling this way I can't I hate Travis I don't love him,let this feeling stop' I told myself trying hard not to cry, I was about to live the scene when a handkerchief came to my nose I tried not to  take the substance in but it was too late and all I saw was nothing but darkness surrounding me it kept on coming till my eyelids closed.

When I woke up I saw myself in a king sized bed, I tried to find the room familiar but it doesn't look familiar 'where am I' I thought, when the door knob went open and I saw a maid walked in with a tray of food "here you go ma'am" the maid had an innocent voice and face "where am i" I asked her but she only smiled and left. Maybe this is ken's doing, I thought with a smile and begin to eat the food on the tray course I was starving when I was done I drank all the juice in the glass. I got into the bathroom and took a shower, I got out and took a dress from the wardrobe.

It was 9pm and Kate hasn't seen ken she decided to  go see the environment and noticed that the environment was just in the woods 'oh my ken never told me he has a house here but if its isn't ken but who'. Kate was wondering who it was and she was alarmed "Travis" she whispered his name, 'then why isn't he here yet oh wait he might be with that Catalina of a person maybe having fun'. Kate got out of her thought when she started feeling that pain she felt in her heart when she saw both of them kissing passionately "oh that Travis since he doesn't want to let me go I'll make sure I ruin his life" she said and groaned angrily and went inside the Mansion.
