Magic Johnson & Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: Love and Basketball

Prologue

Earvin's POV:

Hi I am Earvin "Magic," Johnson as my teammates call me Earvin. In case you may be wondering how I made the Los Angeles Lakers team the most successful team in the NBA history. Well thanks to a friend of mine and oh don't get me started on romance yet because I've known Kareem since we played together. However, I was starting to think that he was interested in me.

8:30am,

It was during the NBA playoffs as Earvin was at the living room watching TV with his teammates Kareem, Mychal, Byron and Kurt Rambis. They were sitting on the couch and of course they were watching the Goonies in which it was Earvin's favorite movie. The thought of Earvin going out with his friends at the football field made him feel like having the intelligence of a teenager.

Mychal Thompson: Have you ever had a thought of going to the football field?

Magic Johnson: Haha yes!

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: that would be so cool Earvin.

Magic Johnson: yeah Kareem, but don't get me started because I'm bad at being a cheerleader.

Byron Scott: Yeah even when my boyfriend decided to go baloney

Michael Cooper: what?! You don't think I'd be acting like that?

Byron Scott: what do you expect? You're the ones that started the drama in the Lakers Locker room when we were getting ready to play against the Utah Jazz.

Magic Johnson: Okay I get it Byron, I know. Besides, when was the last time our team won the championship?

Byron Scott: I believe it was in 1985.

Magic Johnson: yeah but last year we got eliminated, but now it's time for us to make a comeback.

Magic's POV:

I had to admit that Byron was acting like a Drama Queen hahaha. I'm just kidding, I know because he's been dating Michael Cooper. Well, many fans had asked if me and Kareem were dating, my answer is no we're not dating yet, we were just friends but I'll let you know when he says something about me being his girlfriend.

Mychal Thompson: So Earvin, do you have any thought of what you're looking for?

Magic Johnson: Actually, I was thinking if we could be having a get together in San Diego after the NBA seasons.

Mychal Thompson: Oh good! I'm looking forward to it.

Let's just say that Mychal Thompson would always think that Earvin was mothering the court alongside Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and you heard it right. Earvin can be anyone's mother and father. He could be your mom and your dad in the Lakers. Some say that Earvin is suitable to be a mother because he can be there for the kids and the fans children as well. However, Earvin would always want to have kids, but hasn't talked to Kareem.

Kurt Rambis: So Earvin, you and Kareem were becoming a thing yet?

Magic Johnson: Not yet.

Kurt Rambis: Oh okay, well if he's going to be your boyfriend, I bet you and him are a great duo.

Magic Johnson: Is that true?

Kurt Rambis: yes because our head coach told me you and him were together since 1979.

Magic Johnson: Kareem, why didn't you tell me about us being together?

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: well, I told Kurt not to tell you.

Magic Johnson: so you were saying that we were a couple?

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: something like that Earvin, but I made a confession that I was interested in you. It's just that I had to wait for the time to tell you.

Magic Johnson: Oh my goodness! You had no idea how we made this far Kareem.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: I know right?

Magic Johnson: Anyways, let's watch TV.

They were in the six bedroom house where they housed six teammates near the stadium of the Lakers and yet, one of their teammates who have become mothers to their kids and yet, they were looking forward to settle down to start a family on their own. Somehow, Earvin was asked if he was going to be a mom to Kareem's future children, he'll have to wait and see.

~ Silliness in the Lakers Locker Room ~

When talking about random stuff like someone let one rip in the locker room that it smelled like caramel macchiato because Earvin noticed that Byron was the one that drank the caramel macchiato in the Lakers Locker room.

"Oh my Gosh! You wouldn't believe what happened that Byron Scott stank the whole locker room and we had to get out of there," Earvin said laughing. "Why? Because I was gassing around the Lakers locker room dude!" Byron felt like laughing. "I mean if someone used a burrito in the bench, I would've been surprised to see that happen,"

"If someone brought the caramel macchiato in the Lakers game?" Kurt wondered. "Even when we were at the practice, oh my goodness I heard something that sounded like a balloon deflating," "Kurt stop it," Mychal Thompson chuckled. "Okay, enough with the Caramel Macchiato talk, we don't want to make the locker room smell like coffee again. We already got in trouble for it,"

Hi everyone! Sorry for going MIA. I was listening to YMA and Gab's summer lover and something came up. The ideal couple like Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar were the two iconic dynamic duo in the Los Angeles Lakers and I could picture them being together and having dates.
