The scratching

Chapter 4

Izuku is glad that the rooftop is close to the locker rooms, otherwise the others could have seen his scars. They would have known how useless he was.

Kacchan looked at Izuku like he knew something. Deku felt his gaze on his back while he walked to the gym. Izuku can only hope that Katsuki doesn't tell anyone anything. On the other hand, why would the great Bakugo care? He didn't care back then so why would he now?

When Izuku arrived at the gym, Mr. Aizawa looked up at him and gave him a quick nod of approval. Deku just smiled back at him.

The others arrived fairly quick and they started their training with a quick run around the gym. Izukus wounds were killing him but he couldn't let anyone know.

The fabric rubbed against his wounds on his arm, probably getting them infected but that wasn't even the worst. The bruise on his stomach hurt so bad he felt like throwing up. With every move he made it felt like someone was stabbing into his left kidney. It wasn't exactly fun.

Izuku let out a sigh of relief when he finished running. He was significantly slower than he was before but no one seemed to notice. He was normally one of the first students to finish his run, next to Shoto, Bakugo and Iida of course. Although none of them were allowed to use their quirk they were still fast.
This time he arrived with Uraraka, Momo and Kirishima who, don't get him wrong they were still pretty fast, were one of the slower people. Not the last but still not one of the first.

They took a quick break before being told to find a sparring partner. Bakugo and Kirishima were quick to announce being a team. Just before Mr. Aizawa explained that Quirk using was forbidden this time.

Uraraka walked over to Iida who seemed happy that they would be sparring together.

The others quickly found a teammate, leaving Izuku and Denki to fight each other.

"Ahh I'm so happy it's you Mido I was scared I'd have to fight a girl." Denki said.

"Huh why were you scared about that?" Izuku asked confused.

"You know.., because you can't hit girls" Denki explained.

Izuku grunted as a response.

Mr. Aizawa gave them the start signal and everyone started sparring.

Everything went great, Denki got a hit on Izuku and Izuku got one back. This went on and on till Denki accidentally hit him on the stomach.

Izuku fell to his knees, holding his stomach in pain.

"Omg you okay?" Denki asked.

The only thing that was heard was a quiet whimper.

"OMG MR. AIZAWA SOMETHINGS WRONG WITH MIDORIYA" Denki yelled.

The others looked at them in shock, stopping everything to see what was going on.

Aizawa quickly jogged up to them, checking on Izuku.

Aizawa didn't have enough sleep for today. He thought he could sleep for some minutes before his students arrived at the gym but to his surprise Midoriya was there before he could even take out his sleeping bag.

His other students arrived soon after and he made them run around the gym as a warm up.

He saw Shoto, Bakugo and Iida arriving at the gym, finishing the run first as usual. The only problem? Midoriya was no where to be seen. Asui and Mina arrived soon after the three boys leaving Aizawa even more confused.

Finally what felt like eternity he saw Midoriya arriving with Uraraka, Momo and Kirishima which was very unusual.
Maybe Midoriya just had a bad day.
