"ok girls huddle in!" Your coach shouts out to the team.
"Tomorrow we will be having a 6:30am practice" your coache says in disappointment. The team groans and mumbles at the news.
"Com'on guys! Early practices are good for us!" You say.
"You're only saying that because you're the captain" you hear your friend, Yuki, say annoyed.
"That's not true!" you say defending yourself. The whole team turns to look at you.
"Ok girl, settle down." The coach says, you sigh in relief that your coach just saved you.
(The coach dismissed practice, as you all walk out, you notice the boys are practicing)
You crouch at the door peeking through the small window. You're quietly watching, until the door flies open, causing you to fall right through it, hitting the floor with your face.
"And then I was like bam- OMG ARE YOU OK?!" you hear a voice call out to you.
You look up to see who it is, you see the boys caption, Kuroo Tetsuro.
You mumbled in pain, "Fuck that hurt.." you say as you sit back up, grabbing your face.
You see Kuroo staring at you.
"AHH!" You flinch back at the sight of him.
"Uh.. miss? Are you ok?" He says as he gestures out a hand to you.
You grab his hand and he helps you up.
"So.. what were you doing, spying?" He says with a chuckle.
"WHAT?! no I was just watching! I swear!" You say embarrassed.
"Sureeee" he says with a chuckle. "Do you play?" He asks with curiosity, looking down at your knee pads.
"Uh, ya I do.. I'm the ace!" You say, your face lights up in excitement.
"Wow! Really? That's so cool!" He says with a smile, ear to ear. "T-thanks.. what about you.. what's your position?.." you ask.
"I'm a middle blocker!" He says with both hands on his hips.
"I guess that makes sense, I mean look at you, your like a tower!" You say looking him up and down.
"We're short on players, wanna come practice with us?" He says as he motions to the gym doors.
"Won't your team get mad?.. that i'm a girl?.." you say a bit worried.
"Oh don't worry about them, they won't care!" He says as he opens the door.
You walk into the gym, all eyes are on you, except for him.
