Chapter One: Pain

My day started out like any other ordinary day of my life. Boring with a capital B. Then in a flash, my life changed. Forever.

"Alexa Victoria! Get your lazy ass up here now!" Martha yelled from the top of the stairs.

I groan and jump out of bed. I don't even bother to make my bed because there is literally nothing to make. I sleep on the floor, in a basement, with nothing for covers but a towel. I don't even bother to change my outfit because I'm wearing the only one I have.

"I swear to God Alexa, If you don't get your sorry excuse for an ass up here this second, I will come down there and whip you again." Martha yelled.

I shake my head laughing as I walk up the stairs.

"What is so fucking funny? Huh Alexa? What is so funny that you come up the stairs laughing?" Martha said.

"It's funny that you said 'I swear to God' " I mimicked her. "when we all know that you don't even believe in God. "

Grabbing me by the shoulder Martha pulled me close to her and hissed into my ear"Guess what young lady, you just earned yourself five lashes for that smart mouth. I'd do it now but Kassidy doesn't have school today, since its her birthday, so no violence. But I promise you will get them tomorrow. "

"Yeah, yeah, I know. So what do you need done that you needed my 'sorry excuse for an ass' up here this instant? "

"Marty needs you to fix the shower for him. He says its acting up again. "

I sigh and walk to his bedroom. I know for a fact that the shower is perfectly fine but I didn't argue. When I got to his bedroom I knocked on the door.

"Come in Alexa. " Marty said. I opened the door to see Marty in his boxers laying on his bed.

"Martha said you needed the shower fixed? " I said.

"Yeah... I lied. " He gave me a creepy smile. "Come here. " He ordered.

"Martha told me you needed the shower fixed, Marty, so I'm going to fix the shower. " I said as I walked to the bathroom.

"I said- " Marty got off the bed and grabbed my left arm and yanked me towards him "come here! "

"I am not in the mood to play your little games right now Marty. " I yanked my arm away and ran towards the door. Before I could make it out I was slammed up against the wall, with his right arm pinned against my chest.

"You don't get a choice in the matter, Slave. " He spat. I struggled against his grasp but it was useless, he was much stronger than me. Marty kept me pinned against the wall with his right arm while his free hand started to roam south of my boobs.

"Marty, please, all I came here to do was fix the shower. " I pleaded.

"Hush Alexa. Don't worry I won't hurt you. Much. " he laughed and smashed his lips against mine. He tried to force his tongue in my mouth but I wouldn't let him. I needed to get away from him but I couldn't. His free hand finally reached their destination. He took his hand and slowly tugged at the waist of my pants.

Freaking out, I opened my mouth to protest when he shoved his tongue in my mouth. Surprised, I bit his tongue, hard.

"Shit! You motherfucker! " Marty pulled away from me for one split second, and that was all I needed. I took off running toward the kitchen where there were witnesses.

"Alexa! No running in the house! " Martha yelled.

"I'm sorry. I was just So excited to wish my beautiful baby sister Kassidy happy birthday that I couldn't wait. "I smiled at the 8 year old sitting at the table.
