Juliet Forbes spent most of her life blissfully unaware of the supernatural. That was until her sister was in a car accident and in the end was turned into a vampire. Finding out that not only vampires exist but that you are friends with them but also that your two best friends have been lying to you is a lot to take in. Even with all the change in her life Juliet is still the girl she was before.

Juliet got a call from Damon telling her to get to the Salvatore Boarding House ASAP. Caroline was already there, so she didn't waste any time.
"Good, you're here," Damon said, pouring himself a drink.
"Okay what's going on? Is everything okay?" Juliet asked, plopping down on the couch next to her sister, who rested her head on Juliet's shoulder.
"Tell them," Damon said, nodding to Caroline, just as Stefan walked in and gave Juliet a smile when he saw her.
"You're gonna love this," Damon added.
"I saw Katherine today," Caroline said, and Stefan's smile vanished. "Where?"
"At the Grill," Caroline answered, sheepish. "I just went by to gawk and quasi stalk Matt."
Juliet sighed. "Really Caroline? We talked about this, your never going to get over him if you keep doing this"
"Can we skip the teen drama and maybe get to the part that matters?" Damon muttered, ignoring the look Juliet shot him.
"I pretended to go to the bathroom even though I didn't actually need to go because I'm a doofus, but she was there and she cornered me. She wanted me to deliver a message."
Juliet's brows furrowed. "What kind of message?". Caroline recited,"She said she wants the moon stone or shell rip this town apart till it rains blood'"
"Oh," Juliet said, her voice going up a notch. "Lovely."
"And?" Damon prompted.
"She wants it tonight at the masquerade ball." She told them.
"She wants to do this in public?" Stefan asked. "Killing Mason threw her off guard."
Juliet folded her arms and gave Damon a look. "Whose fault is that again?"
"Hey, I said I was sorry." Damon shrugged. "She's running scared now. After what she did to Jenna, she's almost out of tricks."
"Can't we just give her the moonstone so she'll leave ?" Caroline asked.
