I looked out the window, it was morning already. I sighed realising I failed again today. I got off bed with a bit off disappointed but I expected it so I guess not much of a disappointment. I got a quick bath , got ready for school and went downstairs for breakfast.
"What are you guys doing? " I said as I saw something that does not ever happen in this household.
" Why are you guys cleaning the whole house on a random Thursday?? "I asked creeped out on how they are behaving right now.
" Of cource it's because of our new member who's going to join us. What is she is allergic to dust or something?? " finnely said with a concerned expression.
" Um in this house?? Then I guess she is going to die soon if she continues to live here" I said concerned for the new girl who's going to suffer here if she has an allergy.
" Hey! We're not that's bad! Cleo said defending herself while baking something in the kitchen.
" May I ask when you have ever cleaned your room, Cleo without me shouting for the trillionth time ? " I asked knowing she isn't gonna answer this because she never cleans her room.
Come to think of it this house is clean because of me and ray literally screaming our lungs out to not dirty this place since we had enough of being in this mess of a house.
" Fine, I may have not cleaned my room but can't we be atleast considerate for the new girl?? " She said
" I agree " Said the other two who had the same guilt of not cleaning but still defending Themselves.
" Well I guess it's nice that you guys are thinking about her. Atlesst she will live long to last a year in this house " I said knowing this is a clean up of one day and they will just forget to clean the house tmrw.
"Hey! Atleast appreciate the effort do u know how long it took us to clean this mess" They said tired from the cleaning.
" Well in am impressed, well done girls " I said impressed because this never happens and they did it on their own accord.
" Well ray did force us for it I guess it does feel nice to keeps things clean " She said relieved that's it's finally done.
" Ok I take it back " I said disappointed. What did I even expect.
Since they were cleaning the whole time while fresh up I decided to make breakfast. They got ready and we went to school waiting for the arrival of the new member of our group. Even though I have not shown it to others I am pretty excited too to see who it was.

" Woah this academy is really big and so cool" I said looking at the big structures of the school and the fancy fountains in the front of the school.
" The group that lady áine said I'm gonna be in are gonna be here. I'm a little nervous, what if they don't like me, what if I don't fit in with the group. I still think she made a terrible choice for the group making me join them . I was just trying to get through schools but my life took a very big turn. My mind is still trying to wraps around the things that are happening, but it's also exciting lets see what is in the end of this path" I said to myself not sure if it's the right choice or its a mistake made by that woman who said I was eligible for the group but more than anything I was excited as it was something new to my really boring life.
" Um excuse me may I know where my class is? " I asked a student in the hallway since I'm new and the main problem this school is big, too big to even find my way.
" Oh yea the class you're looking for is on the second floor. If you go straight and yo the right you can find the stairs to the second floor " She answered smiling. She was sweet.
I thanked her and went towards the stairs to go to the second floor and to the classroom. As I walked in I greeted the professor wanting to sit without the introduction part but before I could go sit down he called my name to introduce myself.
" Um hey I'm Caitlin lyons , I transferred here from maple grove and uh I hope we can be friends" I introduced myself. It was the awkward embarrassing and terrible introduction I have done!!.
"Ok Ms. Caitlin you can go sit in one of the empty desks" The professor said finally!.
I sat at the back of the class regretting my life choices because of the awkward introduction I just made.
" Hey! You look so pretty!! I'm cleo" The girls beside me introduced herself. I didn't know what to say about the sudden compliment I got.
" Oh hey not to put it out there but we are the ones that you know like were supposed to meet" She said whispering to me.
" What she means to say is that we are the ones that unnie- I mean our mentor told you about" Another girl said already bored of the class.
"Omg u guys are the IRI-"
"Woahh shh, let's keep our voice down on that topic" The girl sitting in front of me said flustered.
" Oh oops sorry!"
"Girls you can know more about the new girl later, lets focus on lesson now" Said the professor and went back to teaching.
" We can talk about this at lunch. Welcome to the group" Said another girl.
"Thanks"
They seem nice . I guess I'll enjoy being an IRIS much better than I thought.
