The Hunger Games: Titus's Games

The games day 2 part 1

Sloop, sloop, I wake up to the sound that makes no sense to me. I open my eyes to see that the trees are falling, no not falling disappearing, but just like the ground is sucking them back in. I am completely afraid when I see he tree in front of me drop into the sink hole that is forming fast. I get up fast adrenalin pumping in my veins I begin to fly as fast as I can towards the tundra and the mountain. This sink hole can’t be natural its human made, game maker made.

When I get to about halfway to the tundra, the sinkhole stops. I guess the game makers don’t want to kill me yet, or there is just another tribute around. I stop and listen; a few meters away I can hear arguing. I fly over close to the voices. It’s the girls from 1 and 2. They’re talking about ambushing Samantha and Titus, they were arguing about who kills Titus.

“Titus and his girl are staying in the forest but close to the winter area.” Says the girl from 2.

“Ok so I will sneak up behind them while the girl is on watch and kill her then you can kill Titus.” Says the dark haired girl from 1.

“Got it!” says the girl from 2 and they run off towards the tundra. Before they’re fully packed though, one of the girls left a first aid kit lying there. Guess they won’t need it anymore. I descend from my tree and pick it up, open it and find it’s full to the brim with medical supplies. I stuff it in my pack and follow them in the trees. When I get to where they’re hiding I can see Titus and Samantha lying on the ground.

“This is going to be so easy.” Whispers the girl from 2. Slowly and carefully the girl from 1 takes out a knife and tiptoes her was behind Samantha. With the knife shining in her hand she cuts Samantha’s abdomen. Samantha wakes up suddenly and begins to scream as the girl from 2 comes behind Titus. He wakes up sees the girl from 2 looks over at Samantha and charges right at the girl from 2. Samantha is not screaming but she’s still alive. The careers are busy with Titus when I swoop down and try to heal Samantha. She looks at me then at my hands as they open the first aid kit and grab a bandage. I place it on the cut tie it not to tight and wet it with my water. She is now looking at Titus and following her gaze sit behind her head to hold it up so we can both watch.

Titus has already brought down the girl from 2 she’s on the ground and her head is covered in blood. The girl from 1 has a sword and is pacing around with Titus. Titus only has his hands.

I look down at Samantha and see her bandage is soaked through I place another and wet it as well. I look at her face and see she’s growing pale so I look in my pack and find some of the dear I feed it to her bit by bit she eats little but her colour is coming back.

I look back to Titus as does Samantha and we see the girl from 1 swing her sword and Titus catching it on his hand I see leather gloves to protect him from blades and snow. He pulls her sword out of her hands and now he has a weapon. The girl from 2 gets up and runs drunkenly at Titus. He swings the sword and cuts her head clean off. The canon fires and the snow is covered in red. The girl from 1 is crying because she knows she’s next.
