"Nate turn it up Destery won't wake up!" He smirked and Black Veil Brides' Perfect Weapon blasted through the speakers we convinced the head mistress of the orphanage to let us have. Andy's scream at the beginning woke him up quicker than I expected. He shot up immediately and let out a yell. "Jeez Des calm down!" He was breathing heavily giving us the death glare. I stepped behind Nate. "You want him he turned it up!" Then I was pushed in front of him. "She told me to turn it up!" I went behind him again. "But you listened to me!" Destery shrugged and pounced as I rolled out of the way leaving Nate at the hands of the raging Des Des. I quickly ran downstairs only to run into Veronica. "Ugh what do you want Andi?" Her little satellites snickered. "Oh just for you to get the frick away so I can hide from the beast." "Wha-?" I heard my door open. "Well gotta run, see ya!" I made my way down the hall way just in time to watch that evil witch get attacked by Des. I grinned that will probably hurt later!.I ran to the mistresses office. "Hey miss!" She sighed. "Have I not told you to stop calling me that?" "Yeah..." "Well that doesn't matter some people are coming to adopt so go get everyone together that is fourteen to sixteen, girls and boys. "You got it miss!" I saluted her and walked off. I got together Veronica, Sadie, Sarah, Destery, Nathan, and Jackson. "Why am I here? Your presence is causing me to lose brain cells." Said Veronica. What I wouldn't give to just beat the day lights outta her! "Well, Veronica, there are some adopters coming and they need fourteen through sixteen year olds." She smirked. "Well then you guys can just stay in your rooms because they're obviously going to pick me!" She batted her eyelashes and walked off. "Um, we still go right?" Sadie and Sarah asked. I smiled. "Yeah don't listen her." "Okay bye Andi, we're sorry for laughing earlier." And they left so I turned to Des and Nate. "Well lets suit up troops!" "Yeah!" They started to walk off when a quiet voice spoke up. "Uh, Andi? Can I, uh, come with you guys?" I turned to see Jackson standing behind me. He's roughly my age, a bit taller than me with sandy blonde hair and the most adorable dimples. I smiled and nodded and started towards my room. "Oi, Destery, Jackson wants in." I said over my shoulder as I got out my eyeliner and white face paint. "Wants in what? My pants?" "Des!" I yelled and smacked I'm upside the head. "What? It's an honest question.." I sighed. "Here, Jackson, put this along your eyes." I handed him my unopened eyeliner stick. "Um, I don't, uh, I." I chuckled. "Come here bro." I lightly rimmed his eyes. "Hmm, ooh here." I got out my black face paint and skillfully put diamonds around both of his eyes and filled them in. "Okay, do you have a black shirt?" He looked up as if he were thinking hard before lighting up. "Yeah! I'll go put it on!" He darted out of the room. Destery laughed. "See? You really are that bad!" "Shut up Des!" I smiled as I returned to my face. I lined my eyes and painted a white line across my face under my eyes, on the bridge of my nose. Jackson returned with a black long sleeved shirt on. I smiled approvingly. I put my straight black hair into a decent looking ponytail. Des and Nate were done so I grabbed my iPod and wriggled around a bit to get it in the pocket of my skinny jeans. "Hey guys, race ya!" I yelled as I bolted down the stairs.
