*hears faint beeping sounds, peoples voices everywhere* Nurse 1: Doctor king your patient in room 203 is starting to wake up Doctor king: okay I'll be there in 5 Nurse 1: okay I'll go ahead and check her vitals and make sure she's stable by the time she wakes up. Doctor king: sounds good nurse *Nurse 1 walks into Tara's room and checks her vitals and her IV, sees that Tara is opening her eyes so she calls her name and hold her hand* Nurse 1: Hello ma'am my name is nurse carol and I'll be taking care of you for the time that your in the hospital. *smiles* Tara: wh- what happened? Nurse Carol: well hunny you passed out holding a little girl with blood all over your hands and clothes. Tara: Li- little girl *gasps* my daughter Maya WHERE IS SHE !? Nurse Carol: her head injury caused her to be in critical condition, her injuries are severe we need to keep her for a few days maybe a week just to make sure she can breathe on her own. Tara: so your saying my baby is okay? She's going to be alright? Nurse Carol: yes momma she's going to be okay the police are here to ask you some questions to lead up to why your daughter has a injury on her head and what happened tonight but if you aren't ready to talk I can tell the police to come back another time. Tara: I don't want to talk to any police right now I'm just want my baby. Can I see her please? Nurse Carol: she's sleeping right now but you can definitely see her. Tara: okay thank you *Nurse Carol helps Tara up and puts her into a wheelchair so she can move around, nurse Carol opens the door and directs Tara to Maya's room**once Tara gets to Maya's room the nurse opens the door for her, as she enters the room she sees Maya's little body stiff laying on the hospital bed with machines everywhere, wires all through her body and a tube through her mouth she can't believe this is happening**walks over to Maya's bed* Tara: hey my sweet girl how's my baby doing? I know you can't hear me but mommy wants to let you know that your a strong girl and you will fight through this, we will leave ATL and I will find a new home for us I promise. I'm sorry mommy wasn't there to help you I feel so bad that you ended up this way! He will pay for what he did to you! Mommy loves you so much baby. *cries while holding her and ends up falling asleep**Nurse Carol walks into Maya's room to check up on her and her vitals, sees Tara holding Maya and pulls the blanket over them and grabs an extra one and covers them and walks out the room*
