Julie Pov:

I look around, having my part with wine and boys done. I tried looking for Lynne but I couldn't find her. Lynne? Where are you? I questioned.

I saw my brother, also pushing around the crowd, trying to look for Lynne. He sees me and shakes his head. Fuck. Lynne's possibly not here at the party anymore.

I grab my purse and runs towards Rowan's car. I see him waiting there for me, deep in thoughts. "Did you see where she went? Like, before she left us when we went partying?" He looks at me and shakes his head. Crap.

Rowan quickly starts his car and drives to our home while I was calling her. She wasn't picking up. Lynne...pick up the fucking phone. I panicked.

We went around, asking the neighborhood if they saw her. They all shook their heads and said no. I could tell Rowan was in great distress. After a few hours of looking for her, we decided to check the party again.

Then, I thought of something. The security cameras! I'm so stupid! I signal for Rowan to take us back home.

I hack into their cameras, checking everywhere she could've gone in the mansion. I then, see her. "Rowan. Look." We see her smelling some flowers, then a guy walks up to her and talks with her for a while, then picks her up.

As he turned around, I saw his face. I could feel anger, and Rowan tensed up. "Bastard. How could he take my girlfriend?!" He growls. But I just stared at the screen in shock.

How did he find us? We clearly hid Lynne's whereabouts' well enough! I sigh. Poor Lynne. I can't help her now. She's going to have to finish the trouble she got herself in.

Next few days...

I worry as she hasn't come home. Where the hell is she? I've tried to look through Lynne's whereabouts' but it's all blocked...why the hell is he doing this?

I see Rowan pacing in the living room. Poor Rowan. He doesn't even know that guy. I sigh. Should I tell him who that guy is...? Or wait for Rowan to find out himself...

I didn't really care about my brother. Lynne was the most important thing in my world. She filled in my loneliness. When I was being bullied and missed home, she helped and saved me, like an angel from heaven.

I prayed, hoping she'll be back soon and that bastard won't do anything to her. I see Rowan biting his nails. I sigh. I guess I'll tell him their past relationship.

"Rowan. Do you want to know who that guy is?" I ask. He nods his head vigorously. I sigh. "That guy is...Lynne's ex-boyfriend. He's the reason why she moved from China to U.S.A.

I could see him, slowly losing hope. I could tell he really loves her. The first time I introduced then, was when I moved into my brother's house, helping Lynne run away from that bastard.

He bugged me to arrange a date with her. I sighed and told Lynne. Surprisingly, she agreed. All I told her was, if my brother hurt her, I'll murder him. If you hurt him, let's move away. My brother always whined, always saying how could I prefer friendship over blood relationship.
