Chapter 11-Cupcakes (Hazel)

I stand there shocked. i move my hand to touch the sting on my left cheek. Did this girl really just slap me?! like HELLO. what did i do to her?

I finish changing quickly before hunting for the bitch. I go down the grand spiral staircase, a few turns, more open living rooms...plural, until i find her crying in her twins embrace. If this bitch is gonna lie, i might actually slap her back ten times harder.

I storm up to them, 'cause who doesnt like a little dramatic flare.

"What was all that about?" i demand. Sofia tries to control her loud cries but they just sound broken. She tries to calm herself down for a while-which doesnt work. Antonio sees that she isnt doing herself any favor so answers for her. But before a word atually comes out of his mouth Lorenzo comes in the room, carelessly looking at his phone. He finally looks up and sees Sofia.

Great. i have a whole family against me, just what i need.

Lorenzos eyes dart up to mine with so much accusation in them. I give up.

''Whats going on?" he asks sceptically, well more of me then anyone in this room, but thats besides the point.
"Thats a good question, im wondering the same thing."

" Awww you guys are already acting like a married couple, sharing thoughts and everything." Nick says with a bittersweet smile, while coming in the room. When the fuck did he get here?

You know, i was joking before when i said i have a whole family against me, but now, im not so sure.

Antonio clears his throat as if to say 'can yall shut up so i can actually tell you why your sister is crying' and quite frankly, i agree with him. maybe i should marry him instead. we can have a best-friend-relationship type'a thing. Actually no, that would be weird. What if when i set him and luka up, they fall in love. Wouldn't it be weird if im married to the guy my bestfriends in love with? Yeah. No thanks.

Everyone quites down, even Sofia's cried until she could only let out little pants. Antonio looks down at Sofia one last time, as if asking for permission. I think she grants it because this time actual words leave his mouth.

"Hazel tortured Alessio Romano, the guy that Lorenzo sent to keep an eye on her." i scoff and slightly shake my head. unbelievable. "Hazel, understandable. However you kinda did send him into a coma." "What? No I didn't." he was unconscious, sure but i didnt put him in a coma. i mean i know how to put someone in a coma. but i didn't. "The doctors say otherwise. Anyways, not only did you hurt a random bodyguard, but you also hurt the guy my sister's inlove with." Did i miss a chapter? Nope, nevermind. Clearly the two older brothers didnt know either because they both look furious, and curious.

Nick looks a little guilty, probably 'cause he help hide him for an hour. Lorenzo looks so so lost. He looks how im feeling. Maybe we should get married. I love how im talking as if there wasnt a contract already signed Haha.

"You were dating a guard, and think for a second to tell us?" Nick sounded hurt. I know he has a special bond with each of his siblings. Sofia turns to face us, her back facing Antonio's chest. "We both decided it wouldve gotten hectic, and i know that anybody here wouldn't have wanted extra stress and drama from the Viotto princess dating a guard." The dark websites call her the Viotto princess.

"Fine dont tell the public, but did you have to keep it from us?" Lorenzo responded.

Sofia looked guilty and scared and helpless. "I should've told you, i know.It's just i didnt wanna be the reason for added stress. Im sorry from keeping it from you. And Hazel i get why you put him in a coma but i still cant help to bring myself not to be mad at you for hurting someone i love." she admits. Nick beside me winces at Sofia's last words.
