EMRALD KINGDOM

Screams of terror surrounded the kingdom, waves of unforgiving fires ruled around everything that everyone once had known and loved, the baby's cries could be heard, echoing throughout the castles halls, the baby boy was swiftly picked up by its mother and father, soothing words and slight sniffles, cradling and rocking side to side, the baby looked up at its parents shortly, pausing its cries when its mother put a necklace on his small and oh so soft neck.

The necklaces small gems of emerald soon became one, magic swirled inside them and they transformed into a ring, a ring that would always fit his fingers, a ring that ensured saftey for when he needed to use its shield, its hedge of protection.

"Quickly hisashi, give him to toshinori, please muster the last of your strength to transfer him to safety"
The tall and sweet woman begged, as she placed a note in the baby's pocket, she handed the baby to her coughing husband, he placed his hand on the baby's head and kissed him gently before a light engulfed the baby, slowly making him disappear.
"Goodbye, izuku"

"Izuku! Come here please!" Hiyori, his mother called out as she was preparing lunch for her husband, Akihiko and her adoptive son, Izuku.
The boy quickly put his sword up in its holder, and walked out of his room and into the kitchen, The ginger woman handed izuku a letter with the crimson kingdoms crest wax melted onto its seal.

"What would the crimson kingdom send a letter out all the way to the silver kingdom for?"
Izuku questioned,
"Ah you wouldn't know son, tho it is quite a bit of a wonder since our kingdoms rivalry as being neighbours, open it up and see"
Akihiko requested, izuku obliged and carefully removed the wax seal, revealing a yellow-ish tan paper,

"Dear Izuku Saiko,

We are pleased to invite you to the crimson kingdoms palace, This hour tomorrow, we kindly ask you to wear your best attire as we believe your secondary gender to be: Beta,

His majesty the prince is looking for his mate and you may be him.
Please remember to be at your towns square by thirty minutes before this hour tomorrow to ensure you get on a carriage to our palace.

Hiyori hummed in response, placing fresh kastudon curry infront of the two boys on the table, "atleast they don't know I'm an omega" Izuku sighed in relief, "i wonder if uraraka-san got called in too"
Akihiko paused, "i dont get why you don't travel Izuku, you have a lot of potential"
Changing the subject,
"Well most of my plans are to travel with uraraka to finish our studies, since I'm homeschooled it's kinda hard" Izuku replied, looking up from his bowl of half eaten curry, gazing at both his parents.

"Izuku you know why you're homeschooled, it's just safer for you!" Hiyori said, with a frown on her face, "as well as that Izuku your very smart and tactical, your three years ahead of your normal education! We can barely keep up with you even with my intelligence quirk!"

Izuku chuckled and finished his remaining curry, he brought it to the sink and washed the dishes, quickly putting them to dry he grabbed his shoes and put them on, "I'm going to the river with uraraka san!" He shouted and was about to head out the door when he felt a hand on his shoulder,
"Hold on izuku, what are you gonna wear to the crimson kingdom!" Hiyori chirped,
"It doesn't matter I won't be picked anyway" Izuku said with annoyance in his tone,
He really hated the crimson prince, he was spoilt and rude!
