Flare is a humonoid dragon with a human body, but with some dragon like features. She has two big wings that are navy blue with some stars scattered across it. Has a long powerful navy blue fading to black tail with some stars scattered across it. Wears a dark blue shirt with a bright cyan skirt under it with black leggings as pants, and wears navy blue platform boots. Has long blue hair with bangs almost covering one eye. A white streak is in the middle of her bangs, and it runs all the way down to the ends of her hair. She has crystal blue eyes, has light blue eyeshadow. She has dragon like hands and sharp rigged claws.
Height - Slightly taller then Ragentha
Fun facts -
• Can see the future where her eyes turn pure white.
• Is low tempered, but in her head she's naturally anxious and nice, but doesn't want to show any other emotion, but anger to the others.
• She can also remember her past life when she arrived at the digital circus.
• She can shoot out blue fire which doesn't burn. It instead disinigrates whatever touches it. It only happens when she gets really mad, also it doesn't work on the characters. It only phases through them and the thing behind them gets disinigrated.
