Rod: Let me tell you what it's like to manage a rock band. We're driving all over hell and creation, city to city, roadies and crew, the whole nine, and not one person... not one... ever asks how we're always stocked up on gas. Or beer. Or the special tea Daisy likes that you can only get shipped in from Thailand. No one says "thank you," no one notices a goddamn thing until something goes wrong.
Rod: It's one thing dealing with station attendants, but Daisy and Billy? That was a whole other kettle of fish.
Lata: I'd only briefly heard about the interview showdown, not only was the press interested in only Billy and Daisy but they wanted answers for what he had said in the Stone's interview. [shakes head]

Lata and Warren were not big fans of traditions, which is why if it really was up to them they'd elope. Instead they wanted the people they loved with them on the big day.
Now that the plan was to have the wedding in Warren's hometown it left with little time to plan what is to happen. Luckily when Lata visited Warren they got most of the plans set leaving Lata to focus on her outfit for the day.
So when she had a day to do some window shopping she saw a veil with flowers sewn on. She wanted it but one look at the price had her wondering how much she was willing to spend on an outfit she'd probably only wear once. Lata knew if she brought it up to Warren he would want to buy it for her - she wasn't about to let that happen.
Lata knowing how to sew and having friends who's a tailor she gets it in her head that she could just recreate the veil.
So when Zoey made Lata her veil in the size she wanted it's then that Lata started hand sewing flowers. Only after one day of hand sewing flowers to white lace and getting only one half hoop done Lata cried as she explained everything to Camila.
"I only embroidered two circles! And my hand hurts and it's so hard not to poke myself because I can't bleed on my wedding veil!" Lata sniffled as she sits in the kitchen one hand immersed in a bucket filled with cold water and ice while the other hand held the phone to her ear
"Lata, why don't you just buy it? I'm certain it can't cost more than Warren's vests," Camila jokes but was also very serious
"'Cause I want to do this one thing with my money, he's paying for everything, his family is helping get what we need before the wedding, and I don't have anything to contribute."
"Lata"
"A wedding is supposed to make two families become one. I don't have a family in this. When married I was supposed to get my dress from the same tailor my mom got hers made... now... I can't just buy this one thing, okay?"
