IN THE WOODS on a body of water, Maggie Rhee sharpened her knife on the pavement and she looked at her ring.
Sasha cleaned up Bob's wound. "Sorry." Bob told Sasha apologizing for that million dollar smile of his looking down. "You can smile." Sasha said with a big ol side eye. "You're alive. I get it." Sasha told him as she tied the fabric around his bullet-wounded shoulder.
"That's not it." Bob told her.
"Okay." Sasha told him, she didn't fucking care, she was focused and her brother, Tyreese, and if he had lived. "Tyreese could have made it, Sasha." Bob told her, referring to the battle at the main group's home of the Prison.
"We don't know if anybody got out." Sasha told him standing and holstering her knife.
"Naw, we do." Bob said, referring to the fact that Maggie was over there. "How's he doing?" Maggie asked. "Bleeding stopped. He'll be alright." Sasha told her."Got the water to our backs.Decent vantage points from the bank. I think we will camp here for the night." Sasha explained. "That's good." Maggie said getting up. "You should both be safe here." She stood up and looked back at Sasha. "The bus got out. Glenn got out. I'm gonna find him." Maggie told Sasha strapping her knife.
"Maggie. With any luck, the bus is gone." Sasha said with sincerity. "It was headed east down the main road." She explained. "If I follow in that direction. I might be able to pick up its tracks." Maggie told her.
"Alone? With just that?" Sasha said, pointing at her knife. "I'm out of ammo, so, yeah. I couldn't find Beth. I know Glenn got out and I know which way he went." Maggie opened up her knife. "I'm gonna go get him and I'm gonna come back for you.Weboth are." Maggie said, raising her voice at the end. "Maggie!" Sasha yelled/ "I'm going." Maggie replied. "We cannot split up. Not now." Sasha said. "I'm going." Maggie urged, walking off, Bob then decided to grab his stuff. "You said it..." Bob smiled, "We can't split up." Bob said, stumbling out. Finally on the road Sasha said, "You could've helped me stop her." Bob dabbed at his shoulder with his sweater and groaned, "If you're trying to make me feel sorry for you, it's not working." Sasha told him. "Damn, it means I let myself get shot up for nothing." Bob joked, Sasha ignored the joke, "The odds of us finding him..." Sasha stopped herself. "We should be out there looking for food. shelter."
"Yeah? Why's that."
"So we can live." Sasha answered in an 'obviously' sort of tone. "Then what?" Bob asked, mirroring her tone. "What?!" Sasha whispered. "Maybe we didn't survive just to keep surviving." Bob explained. Sasha, clearly fed up, said, "Shit happens. Not everything has to mean something." Bob, ever so gracefully unfazed, spoke to her, "No, it doesn't have to, but it can. If you make it that way, and that's what it seems like we're doing. And I'm done with that."
Maggie's expression plummeted as they saw the bus stopped in the middle of the road. Still determined to find her husband she stopped herself from crying and ran towards the bus. "Maggie! Maggie!!" Bob yelled as he and Sasha ran after her. Maggie made her walk around the side of the bus, to find a bunch of reanimated corpses. Her expression hardened and she walked around to the back emergency exit of the bus only muttering, "You should go."
