How did I summon an Idiot?

Chapter 1:Maybe Mama was right..

  A small black GTI pulled into an apartment complex, the night sky sparkling as the noise of the bustling city rang through it. The driver, Fen, turned the engine off as they groaned, falling back onto their seat exasperated. They put an arm over their closed eyes before letting it fall to their side while they picked up their phone to check the time, their phone reading 9:43 PM.

Fen swears they could feel the bags under their eyes as they grabbed their bag and keys with their phone. Dragging themself out of the car and shuffling to get up the complex's elevator before practically slamming the door open and setting their things down halfheartedly on the counter.

They moved quickly to go lay in their bed before noticing a stretched out, very obviously, reused plastic bag that held a couple books. They slightly perked with a hum at their discovery as they remember they went to the thrift store the other day. They shuffled quickly to pick up the bag and bring it to their room, sitting down carefully with the bag. They felt slightly excited for the "surprise" after their long work day.

"I don't even remember what the fuck I got..eh, no importa, veamos qué tengo."

The young adult said before staring at the first book with wide eyes, stunned for a moment before snickering at the title. An amused look plastered on their face.

"Demons and how to summon them..? You've gotta be shitting me. There's no way I actually bought this.."

Fen said in disbelief, setting the other two books on the floor next to their bed as they leaned back on their headboard. Slowly looking at the book before shrugging, deciding they needed some way to unwind from work while opening the book to a random page.After flipping through it for a while, they scanned over a page, one part catching their eye as it mentioned succubi and incubi.

"Summon an sex demon..? Well fuck,isn't that something. Just say this?"

Fen said quietly to themself, amused by how fake and stupid it all seemed. Almost wanting to joke they had been scammed before repeating the small "incantation" to themself a couple times and chuckling. The absurdity of it all rattled their mind.

They decided on setting the book down on their nightstand and turning to rest. Very tightly wrapping themself in their blanket and closing their eyes, starting to settle down before they felt a pit in their gut. Ignoring it till they felt like they heard someone shuffling behind them. They huffed, shifting closer to the edge of the bed. They stayed silent, their eyes now open as they waited. They sat still in anticipation before they heard a soft giggling. They quickly threw the blanket off themself, standing up and looking at the bed, the blanket simply bunched up where they threw it.

They felt slightly more relaxed,letting out a sigh as they figured maybe they were hallucinating or just too anxious before they heard a chuckle, feeling an arm coil around their waist. Fen froze, not knowing if they could manage to use their measly amount of self defense in this moment, a deep sultry sounding voice breaking their thoughts.

"What's with all the panic, pretty boy? You're the one that summoned me..I'm almost hurt!"

Fen stood frozen, the voice behind them completely unrecognizable. The sleep deprived young adult tried to process the situation.

The two stood in silence for a moment, Fen trying to make sense of what the random "person" was saying behind them. Their eyes scanned over the book on his nightstand before they groaned.

"fóllame...do i really have a person in my apartment right now..?"

The one behind them that Fen now recognized as an incubus laughed loudly, now coiling two arms around the young adult. They could practically feel the amusement dripping from the person holding them.

"Oh? You finally decide to acknowledge me..? Aren't you smart~ But not really human Dearie"

The incubus teased, one of his hands moving to poke Fen's cheek as his other arm pulled them closer to him. The incubus not picking up his cursing at all, seemingly deciding to ignore it.

Fen quickly pushed the incubus off of themself. Huffing and crossing their arms as they scanned the other. Their eyes carefully tracing over his tan, vitiligo covered skin. His silky long platinum hair looked to be carefully styled into a ponytail. Fen actively tried to avoid staring in any provocative manner as they seemed interested in his white eyes before shaking his head. Feeling tired as he squeezed the bridge of his nose.

"god-dammit..Y'know what can we just work this whole thing out tomorrow when i haven't worked a full day's shift?"

Fen said with a sigh, deciding to disregard the not-human in his personal space as of currently.

"hm...I guess i can't see why not. I'll never complain about staying on the surface longer~"

Fen looked at the incubus in surprise, they had expected him to just be able to go away until then.

"Wait, are you gonna be here until then?"

The incubus gave a chuckle, moving to sit on the edge of Fen's bed,crossing his legs and leaning back.

"What..Did you think I could just poof away? Oh ho ho...no baby, I'm stuck here until i fulfill what i came for"

Fen let out a strangled sigh, giving up in that moment and flopping back to where he was laying before, simply ignoring the warmth of the incubus near him.

"Díos ayudame por favor...fine fine. Just don't get too comfy, I actually wanna sleep"

"Will do! I'll be good, don't worry"

Fen curled up on the bed as they heard the incubus shuffle with a giggle behind them. The young adult finally relaxed enough to shut their eyes and sleep, the thought of their mother ranting about warding off demons lulling them to unconsciousness..
